This CVS is the worst CVS in the community. They have bad service. It is terrible. I don't know how there are people like the ones who work in this pharmacy. The truth is, they are all incompetent. I have had a prescription since September 20/2023 and to date I have not received it. I have been able to give medicine to people, how are you, people are dying, I should change the staff and look for people who really care about the health of patients, people with professional ethics, I called fame up today and no one answered. Yes, I hope that tomorrow they have my medicines since I have been waiting for 13 days for my medicines and they don't have them ready for me, whenever I arrive for them, they are never ready.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner unless you badger them. And since they won’t answer the phone you have to go inside in person and wait in long lines because they’ve also shut down the drive through.

Ms. Gloria, the lead pharmacist and her backup Fred along with the pharmacy techs, Ashley and Felicia do a wonderful filling, answering my questions and before i leave making extra sure I’m satisfied with my prescription and giving me the best customer service although I see that they cut most of the techs hours. I’m glad they at least kept Ashely and Felicia, who have been there for years along with Ms. Gloria! I have seen techs come and go for whatever reason, but these two always keep a smile and greet you like they aren’t so busy and under staffed . It has been times when it’s only one tech to assist Ms. Gloria and she is answering phones, filling prescriptions, talking to Drs and customers and giving COVID shots. Although she was sick for a whole week, she still came in. I told her I thought she needed to rest. She was so dedicated that she said as long as she didn’t have COVID she would push through because she didn’t have the backup and and so many patients depend on her. The Management at the store know Ms. Gloria’s excellent contribution and know that customers call her by her name,and that when she is the only one keeping the pharmacy going due to the hours that has been cut in her pharmacy, I have seen on multiple occasions in the pharmacy manager’s assisting Ms. Gloria in any way they can. Ms. Gloria and her team, Ashley and Felicia is the reason why I have all my prescriptions sent to her CVS pharmacy at 8201 Oxon Hill Rd, Fort Washington, Md 20744, store number 2239.If it wasn’t for Ms. Gloria and her wonderful techs, i would order my prescription from my health provider’s delivery service because there is no pharmacy around in a 30 mile radius including all the major pharmacy’s that provide this level of personalized customer service. And they know all of their customers, if you’re a regular.

The pharmacist, Gloria, is professional and outstanding. I always receive my prescriptions on time. She always take extra time to assist me \u0026 I have observed how patient and professional she is with other customers at my neighborhood CVS.

So I been sitting in the drive thru line for almost an hour. There was only 2 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window and have been sitting here for 15 minutes and no hasn't even came to the window. In short costumes service doesn't live here

The staff are all more professional than some of the other CVS locations I use or visit. It does get very busy from 5 to 7pm. They are patient especially with the older customers who are hard of hearing or need anxious questions answered.

If you want to wait an hour inside, or and hour and a half at the drive thru, only to get to the front and they tell you they're going to start working on your prescription (now) that was sent in 9 hours ago. Go to this location!!! This is my local cvs pharmacy, and honestly truly, I can't with them. There is always a line, always an issue, never have my meds ready, and just really don't deserve our money. I'm going to send my meds to the local giant pharmacy because it's never an easy transaction.

Scheduled my whole family to come to this location for COVID testing. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment in the drive thru. Nobody greeted and nobody was present at the drive thru. Sat there for a few minutes and honked my horn until someone said something through the intercom stating she'll be right with us she's currently with a customer. It took maybe ten minutes and she finally asked what we needed, I explained we were there for COVID testing, and she explained how the COVID tech wasn't there that they had called out. She then went to go call there coverage for that day then she communicated that the person wasn't picking up. I asked her why didn't we get a call or some sort of communication that weren't able to take our appointments. She said she would have called but she doesn't know her password for that system. This representative named Gloria is a bit unprofessional and had us waiting for 30 minutes and giving too much information, it made the experience overwhelming and I wasn't even the one working. Gloria seemed too stress and can't be one person working alone. Please don't schedule people if you don't have the staff to accommodate
