What happened to this place? I came here with my wife to pick up a prescription for my son and was racially profiled. Every where I went in the store they went and called me a supscious customer. The gentleman was one of the managers of middle eastern descent. When we got home, my wife said the same guybwas watching her at self check out. This is how you treat your customers? Yeah, forget about my business. I look forward to the day this store closes permanently, by the looks of the reviews, and how CVS is doing as a business, it may be sooner than I hope. The store is not well stocked and the pharmacy takes forever.

Gentlemen at the pharmacy is extremely rude. I had a really nasty interaction with him. He left me waiting at the counter and didn’t want to acknowledge me. I was the only one in line. It’s 11am. I kindly asked to be serviced…..that’s when he stopped being on his phone and helped me.
I think it’s the same guy in the other reviews. Marcel.

The pharmacist Marcel C is always rude at every interaction and never seems to understand you. He is never helpful and the other people working with him are usually a million times better and have to fix what he doesn't seem to understand and he is the actual pharmacist there and not a tech. Save your frustration and just get your prescriptions filled at a different CVS location.

I went to go buy a few things with my boyfriend, i grabbed a loofah & put it on my wrist. long story short, i forgot about it & walked out without paying. halfway to the car i realized & went back in to pay for it. The manager was there & i told him about it & he said “i appreciate you for your honesty” & i thought that was the end of it. Boy was i wrong!! Now every time i walk in and try to buy something, he’s always following me. and when i go to pay for my things, he’s always standing right behind me. i get that i was wrong for forgetting about it & walking out without paying but i can’t shop there without feeling watched by him all the time. he gives me the creeps! but other than that, the employees are nice.

This place is laughably expensive. Cereal is $10, bottle of water is $4, bag of chips is $8. Never buy anything without a coupon or consulting the discounts in the app/online. Only reason for 2 stars is the pharmacy which, despite having odd hours, is better to have in the area than to not have at all

Being able to utilize the drive-thru after it was closed for several months is truly helpful to myself and other customers who have issues walking or standing. Unfortunately, since reopening the WAIT time changed from 2-3 minutes to approximately 12-15 while running the engine. I feel as though as a customer, the pharmacy staff are no longer committed to providing a positive experience to obtain prescriptions but a negative and unpleasant one! This location needs a qualified and experienced CVS Pharmacy manager to the type of positive experience that existed with professionals committed to providing outstanding customer service. Otherwise, poor ratings could mean closing this location because customers may consider locating a health pharmacy that cares.
Please investigate to address this major issue and concern!

Drive thru is NEVER opened I dont understand why they even have a drive thru it is always closed which is very inconvenient for people who cannot step out the car. I will choose another pharmacy they are not reliable always late with medication and never ready. They never answer the phone. I do not recommend this location for pharmacy needs.

This pharmacy is understaffed. I placed an order for a prescription refill at 8 AM and arrived at 6 PM to retrieve my medication. After waiting 45 minutes, the staff finally informed me that the medication was out of stock. Additionally, when I requested a prescription transfer, they claimed not to have received the request. It seems this pharmacy is not managed properly, possibly due to its location. I will be filing a complaint because they deserve to be held accountable for their mismanagement and poor customer service.

I normally go to another CVS but while out I visited this store and was extremely satisfied just like when I visit what I call my CVS at Rhode Island and Washington Place, NE, in D C.
