Always open. Pharmacy is long line but pleasant. Always fully stocked from hair products to medicine and cards. Staff availability is slim but self checkout helps me be in & out.

This is the worst CVS... I haven't been here in over 10 years. But my doctors office called in a prescription to this location, it took 3 hours and I waited. Only to be told I need my prescription card. I don't have a damn prescription card, I provided the insurance card used to fill my other prescriptions. But this pharmacist is either stupid or dumb. Called the insurance carrier they said, to present the insurance card for the prescription. It shouldn't be this hard to pick up a damn prescription. Should of known it wasn't going work, when the pharmacist told the person in front of me that their prescription was already picked up. But it wasn't. It will be 10+ before I go to this CVS or CVS period. This why people go to Walmart.

Feedback for Livingston CVS:
I’ve had multiple issues trying to pick up my daughter’s medication at this location. Every time I go, they claim there’s an issue with the insurance, even though I have already filed it correctly. I’ve never had this problem at other CVS locations, and it seems like they are struggling to use their systems properly. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I hope they can address these issues going forward.

The lies they tell. Unfortunately I did not have my phone to prove them wrong. They swore to me up and down that my provider never sent a prescription. I found the prescription online under my CVS pharmacy profile once I was able to look it up. I will never go to this CVS again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at CVS #01457 on Livingston Road. Not only did they fail to fulfill my photo order, but the manager—Lois or Lola (she refused to provide her name)—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, walked away while I was speaking, and made no effort to address or rectify the situation.
As an employee of CVS Health Corporate, I am deeply disappointed in this encounter. Her attitude and lack of basic customer service skills reflect poorly on our company overall. This type of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values we strive to uphold. I will not return to this location and strongly recommend that management take steps to ensure she is either retrained or replaced with someone better suited to represent CVS.

Terrible customer service I cannot believe how rude they were. I’ve been calling for two days trying to see if my prescription was ready both days. I talked to an African pharmacist a man he was so rude. He wouldn’t let even let me get a word in he wouldn’t let me speak to ask questions or State my concerns it got so bad I had to hang up, on him I’m changing my CVs I will never go there again yall have lost a 13 year customer With the amount of disrespect I received on the phone. I’m surprised he’s not fired. I never been Talk To like that before. I don’t understand what I did. I just wanted to ask a question.

I've lived in the Fort Washington for over 20 years and have used this local CVS. It hasn't failed in thenpjarmacy section the attitudes, especially by the lady who has worked there for a long time, with the glasses who normally tends to the drive-thru. They have a new pharmacist as of two days, and hopefully he will make positive changes. The negative energy and how they speak to people is clearly not necessary. They will make no attempt to help figure anything out. Negative or positive energy can me contagious, the lady with the glasses helps keep that place toxic.

Listen, this is a busy pharmacy given their location. I have never had a rude encounter or bad experience with any of the pharmacist. They are just busy and it gets tiring, so I applaud them for doing their job and doing it well. More than likely the reason that they are not answering their phone is because they have a very long line and they’re trying their best to help the patients waiting in line to get their medication’s.
I’ve had encounters where I had wait not more than five minutes & I’ve had encounters where I had to wait more than 45 minutes and each of those times the service was still great. I really appreciate the older gentleman Kenneth he’s always pleasant always very helpful and treat his employees great from what I can tell. Speaking as someone who also works in the health industry, you have to give these people grace and you have to have patience.
They really are trying their best with what they’ve got.

I have been using this pharmacy to purchase medicine for over 20 years. The pharmacists have provided me excellent advice regarding my prescribed medicines as well as over- the- counter medicines. I use this CVS to get my various vaccines. I shop at this CVS for household and beauty item too. The manager and staff are also very friendly and helpful.
