If you want a bad rental experience this is the place for you, the maintenance team is by far the worst in the history of maintenance literally have an attitude about doing THEIR JOB! I literally had to argue with the emergency maintenance guy because my AC unit isn’t working it’s almost 90 degrees in my unit and he told me that they don’t consider that an emergency.. he came in ran the HEATER and said that the AC unit needs a part and he doesn’t know when they will have the part in.. PATHETIC is a understatement I don’t even know how are why this complex is still in business.. what a shame what a shame

I put in a maintenance request for a broken kitchen appliance. It literally took three months, a couple emails, and an in-person visit to the office to get any kind of response --- and they still didn't fix my appliance. Phone calls to the office repeatedly get disconnected, no clue who's accountable. I rent so I don't have to worry about this kind of stuff, but competence and professionalism matter.

So far no complaints, i will say make sure you have car insurance or you will be parking on the street. Parking was a drag but I now have my permit to park in the resident parking.

Y'all have the worst staff at Harbor Place on palmer Rd , MD . Their attitudes and morals don't align with the company standards. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

Black mold and they don’t ever fix anything that you put request in. Also will charge you way past after you moved out. Don’t ever live here god awful place

If I could give zero stars I would. Been without heat since October now it’s almost December and freezing . NO REPLACEMENT OR ANYTHING . Below 35 degrees outside …. This is insane . Please do NOT move here. I’m contacting health department, fox5DC and local court regarding this matter. Enough is enough. All management say is create a ticket. Tickets been created ore than 8 times.

I only put one star b/c in order to leave this review. DO NOT MOVE HERE . Slum lord will not handle mantience request with any since of urgency. Required to pay water sewage, gas, electric, trash and a processing fee.Now amenity fee of 60.00 dollars for pool which is only open in the summer Gym and internet . Internet is a luxury not a necessity ,especially when you already had a provider when you move in 8 years ago. BEWARE YOU BEEN WARNED A LOT OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IN MANAGEMENT IS HAPPENING and on the premises drug,murders, and car vandalism need I say more .

I had high hopes moving into Harbor Place last year. It has been rough due to the fact there is a lot of mold growing in my apartment on the ceiling in my bedroom and all the vents. My children and I have asthma and we are allergic to mold. We have been having flare ups because of this issue and have contacted the office on several occasions with no results. Also the ceilings in the bathroom has leaked over 4 times the issue is still not being resolved. Leaks are in every room. The newest issue is the smoke detector going off randomly and turning the stove off all the time, even during the late night hours sleep is disturbed. The office manager did nothing but laugh in our faces and stated she couldn’t do anything about it she could only contact the maintenance manager and let them know. Its highly unacceptable to live this way when you have to pay so much money in rent. I will be contacting the county health department. Its a safety hazard living in this community. the property owner needs to make some changes ASAP My rent is always paid on time its unacceptable

The community is great for myself and children and the units are spacious. I have called for maintenance and put in request and still as of today NOTHING has been done. I even sent and email to management. I don’t get why maintenance wants to close out my request. I have two toilets that are not working properly. Been on the community for 3yrs and had a contractor go through my grocery’s at my front door a service tech chilling on my couch and all of this was caught on my ring camera brought this to management 3yrs ago and no one reached out for an apology or nothing. Spoke with maintenance on 10/5 about my toilets vent covers with mold and requested to get my filters changed still as of today NOTHING was done and this was put in online in September. I stayed home from work and still nothing done. Something has to give with maintenance.

I currently live here started out fine, 1 month after move in new carpet started to come up from floor, baby bees are building nest under foundation on balcony, gets worst now my bathroom ceiling is leaking water is leaking through the smoke detector through the fuse box, have warped the floors, everytime someone upstairs takes a shower I can hear water running through the walls I'm having to showers at someone else's home running up their water bill causing an inconvenience for me and them, this is why they always have fires on this property, I'm packing my stuff up breaking the lease, their constantly taking ppl money and ppl in the office are rude, this has been going on for 4 days now, my good towels are on the floor, the carpet has a bubble and I have reported it to 311.

Although it's a great location for my commute, the property team members including maintenance lack compassion and aren't very responsive to tenant issues. It's sad because it's such a great location and large property...the units & halls just need some TLC. The employees need to treat tenants like they care about their living environment.

The manager at this property is horrible!!!! I’m sorry but she don’t care about your concerns she makes excuses over and over again! She has zero customer service skills. I had my a/C out for 2 weeks before they did something about it. Then I keep getting leakes from upstairs that they keep saying they fixed yet I’m still getting leaks and now mold which again still has not been resolved! The manager never is available she pushes everything off to other staff
