PLEASE TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
My father started to notice a leak underneath his pickup truck. He was able to drive the truck with without having any problems with shifting gears and all of the gages worked properly until he took the truck to the Shell gas station. My dad paid $95 for a diagnostic reading, it showed up a hose or belt around the transmission was leaking. There was transmission fluid inside the transmission tank, my father checked often.
The part was ordered and 7 days later the part was installed for a total of $700 + dollars.
Now the truck gages are not working properly and the truck barely shifts gears. We took the truck back to have them look at the problem, but they refused to touch the truck stated “all we did was change the hose”. Bullshit! He said the those problems existed before the truck was brought into the shop. Well if that was the case wouldn’t you the “Mechanic” would’ve notice that in the beginning (LIES).
Now the truck isn’t functioning properly. Which means the truck has to go somewhere else hoping whatever Shell did won’t cost 2 arms and a leg to repair.
As I told the “Boss” that’s what the workers call him. God sees everything and knows their hearts. They can’t keep doing people wrong and don’t expect “KARMA” to come back forcefully. One day they’ll pay for the dirt they’re doing to people.
DON’T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! They don’t care about folks vehicles just the money.
I don’t think the Mechanics here are properly qualified to work on vehicles. They’re like “Shade Tree Mechanics”.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS THEY MESSED UP MY BMW X6 I came in because I originally wanted a diagnostic test. I never got it. Also, I assumed my oil was leaking because I saw something coming from the bottom. The man, Kumar, said he would fix it, but it never got fixed. He lied. I went up there multiple times to try to fix the issues with my truck, but he and his lazy employees kept acting nonchalant. & now my truck is in the BMW shop with multiple oil leaks and issues that weren’t there before. My oil change the next day in Clinton, MD, at Jiffy Lube, but the technician told me they would not be able to perform it Due to me having an oil leak, Mr. Kumar would have known that if he had done what I asked him to do in the first place, I will be taking legal action and I Will be suing. Never ever go here. You will regret it!!! Once again I am suing I have all of my documentation Play with somebody else.

Took my fiancé Ford Mustang in because the check engine light was on, I got fluids added, spark plugs changed, and check engine light was still on took it back only for my Fiancé to get into an argument with the guy about the same problem the was going on with the car. The guy got smart with him asking you want me to follow you around to make sure your car works smdh. We googled the things that was done to the car, and it didn’t add up . He told him he’s taking him to court the guy said see you there. Don’t take your car to this place . They broke the door handle on the car and wouldn’t take responsibility. I was there when the young lady came back to get a refund on a new car she bought MD inspected, but she didn’t know she didn’t have to get one done they charged her for and inspection she didn’t need that’s a horrible place to take cars they are not honest people

Went to get my new car inspected that I just got from the dealership to get inspected. I didn’t know it was already inspected coming off the lot because this is my first new car. The guy charged me $125 and failed me for 1 break pad failing and wanted me to pay him to fix it. I immediately called dealership and was informed my car was just inspected and was not needed and once he put my car in the system he would have known. He tried to scam me and I went right back up there and got a refund with no problem because he knew he was wrong. Do not come here. And while I was there someone was complaining they broke her handle

I went there for A/C charge. It only worked for a day. Came back. And they said there is nothing they can do. After pressuring them. One guy told me that he noticed the new A/C compressor was getting stuck. But still charged me. After I complained and said dude I spent about $200 on this not $5! You're not going to just tell me there's nothing you can do! So after I called them out! He finally said. You know what I'll give you a refund! I had to stay there in there face! To get it resolved! The latino guy was terribly rude! And he said to my mom! I don't care about your business after she told him this is how you lose customers. His arrogant response was, we have plenty. Wow!!!

Had over a the dollars worth of work done in June. New radiator thermostat and AC charged. Had to charge AC myself and when I got cold vehicle Overheating and no heat. Had good weather in the past but won't be back.

I took my car in for inspection and it didn't go through the very dark tint, I understand that, I take it off and take it back and another person helps me, he starts to check the whole car again when clearly I only had to check the tint and I told him I just had to check the tint and I get angry, they still like it when someone is there waiting wasting time they already have one less customer

Went there for an inspection last week and they told me I needed something which my car doesn’t come stock with. Also there’s an hispanic mechanic with a bad attitude, probably upset from working at Shell for $16 an hour. Was very rude. If you wanna pay $100 to fail an inspection on a good car and be harassed, come here.

I’ve been bringing my 3 vehicles here for 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about service and repairs I’ve received over the years. The owner Kumar, is very honest and estimates areTrue and fair. Of course I highly recommend this place.

Do not waste your time. The inspector does not know what he is doing. He misinformed me of the service that my vehicle needed. From my experience and observations, this place lacks efficiency, competence, and quality customer service. It is a waste of time and money. Do not recommend!
