“Thrilled to find this vape shop near my office. Sarah was very nice and helpful, and they have a very diverse selection of different products. Only downside is they have limited e-juice selection and the juice was kinda pricey but Sarah worked with me best she could. Would recommend to others”
“I love coming in here to get my essentials. Not just going along with what the other reviews are saying but everyone is always nice nobody has ever been rude and the vibe is always great.”
“The fellas here are awesome. I've come here a handful of times and each time the guy behind the counter was super helpful, and incredibly nice. Even gave me some advice on the area. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.”
“The gentleman that came up with the “free butane refill on the big lighters” is a genius. I’ve spent more than I ever have at a headshot just because it was convenient.”

“The store has been renovated which is looking really nice and seems like they carry more products than before. Zack was an amazing employee, he delivered an excellent customer service when I was facing some trouble with my vapes. Highly recommend this place.”
“Went in last night (9/9/24) and the sweetest lady (sorry forgot your name) helped solve all my issues . Great customer service, and over experience ! Thanks ♥️”
“Great service, I stopped in while traveling on business and needing some liquid for vaping. Had a great visit with a gentleman that was very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to find something that I'd like.”
“The ONLY reason for the 5 stars is because of Zione, she is truly the best person there for all of your needs! I’ve been coming to both locations for years & she has always had the best customer service!”
“Let me tell you, this vape shop is fantastic!! This is my go-to place. I don’t like going anywhere else after having great experiences here time after time. All the employees are super knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Selections are always plentiful and fun with all the different variety. On top of the fact that they remember my name every single time I come in. I’m beyond impressed time after time. I can tell a lot of love and work is going into this shop and I am rooting for their success! Keep up all the good work ?”
“Great place with great vibes. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgable about all products. I love coming here and look forward to it. Great prices on disposables.”
“Pleasant experience and a myriad of tobacco and incense selections. I was impressed by their displays and colorful merchandise…especially their incense & dreamcatchers. The lady at the counter was very nice & addressed all my questions.”

“My first time visiting this store today. Even though I did not try my product just yet, this young man working today has amazing customer service, polite and great energy. Based off that I recommend this store!!”

“Not sure who owns the place in Woodbridge Virginia where I now go to get vapes. I did live in Leesburg, VA where the customer service is hands down; the best. Recently moved to Woodbridge and go to the Tobacco Hut off Route 1 and found Ianna whom works with the establishment. She is great and recommends great products that are within my budget and recommends flavors I like. When I go in; she's always cleaning or fronting the store. I hope she is given credit for this review. Thank you, Rebecca”
“Received excellent customer service! Karima was super helpful (give her a raise!) They had everything I needed and at a great price. I highly recommend, will definitely be back!”

“Staff was friendly and engaging. I went looking for crabby paties for my 3 year old who kept bugging me about it, until someone at work told me where to find them lol. They sell hookah and other smoking accessories. Otherwise it is a local typical store with snacks and drinks and lottery.”
“Aurora is an absolute gem and is so professional! I have been coming to this store ever since it opened, and it is first rate. Before that, I used to go to the store up at Woodlawn, and this one is so much more convenient. I've had nothing but first class service in all my orders and purchases here. It's a pleasure to shop here, because Aurora is top notch. She knows her stuff!
I was just back there, and once again, Aurora was so helpful.
This is certainly the best smoke shop on Rt 1 South.”
