Love the got stone pedi! Always relaxing and fun to get my feet done! Lots of great colors for gel nails also. Highly recommend!

I will NOT be returning here! Very unsanitary! The lady cut me! I came in wanting to get long stiletto nails she said she could do it and she did a TERRIBLE job!! I had a ring on my finger and when I left the shop it was missing she most likely slipped it out my finger when she was wiping my hands off and denies she did it! Very disappointed very unsatisfied.

I came in and was not greeted by Michael. He did not even give the time to choose the gel color I want and told me to « let’s start » with an angry/nasty tone which was noticed by my husband. My husband was the one holding the display gel manicure to help me choose. While cleaning my nails he hardly pushed my hand and I told him that it was painful and he asked me to « get out ». Who dies that? He told me to go in the back wash my hand and « get out ». I told home that it doesn’t have to tell me twice as this is not my home. I walked away nicely…not a good place to get your nail done. He was obviously into something or already upset and trying to put his frustration on me. This was my first time and I had to go to another place to wait for my husband to pick me up. I wish I read the review before calling and going there.

Don’t go to this place!!!! They suck and are very rude. Lady can’t really do nails and expects a tip?! Had three bad experiences. Not going into to much detail. But, I will not ever be returning again?Service: Acrylic nails

Awful! Rushed service. Tried to over charge me. Ruined my actual nails. Very rude. Only one nail tech was nice. My dip did not last a full week!

Needed an acrylic set kinda last minute and most places were not available so I went here. Not sure about the nail tech’s name but she was an older lady and she complained the whole time because I asked for stiletto shape. The final result wasn’t great (uneven and she didn’t get the shape right- it looked stubby) but I wouldn’t have complained since the prices are on the lower side and they were able to squeeze me in last minute but 4 of the nails popped off within a week.?Service: Manicure

I showed a picture and asked for an almond shape and was not given that. I was told I was wrong. It was also very unsanitary everything looked old. A bit fell on the ground hit my foot and rolled under the table he picked it up and used it on my nails and cut me with it. He was very rough and hurt me more then any other time I have gotten acrylics. He also had an ear bud on and was constantly on his phone changing his video. The nails do not look bad but they are not at all what I asked for. I would show pictures if I could. Would not recommend!Update: 24 hours later a nail broke off including my entire real nail. Five stars, totally perfect. I called and asked them to fit me in This Morning for a mani/pedi, they saw me right away! I had Sophia who was kind, lovely, and very skilled. The location even smelled nice! SO impressed.Services: Manicure

If you want a nail salon that can take you at your appointment time, this is NOT THE ONE. They will make an appointment for you, let you show up and then let you wait for 30+ minutes without saying a word.I also want to note how incredibly dirty from the front to the back this place is.Lastly, if you’re not going to honor my appointment time, the least you can do is not be rude and short with me.This place is a big NO.

They need to do better on customer care and comfort the guy had my hand bent every which way and was very aggressive, I felt like I was under arrest and trying to get away! Then he threw my card at me when I didn't tip for the pain and suffering!
