Horribly rude morning staff. Asked to see the product behind the counter before I bought it and he just laughed and refused? Bizarre treatment. Ended up having to go to the store down the block where the person dosent act insane.

The absolute worst 711 experience ever. Had a taste for a quick slice of pizza was going to use rewards points .They had 1 dried slice of pizza sitting lonely. I noticed oven was on and asked is that a fresh pizza coming out he said no and pointed to the dry aged slice. I sad nah that looks like it's been there since last night. He replies "ITS BEEN THERE FOR A YEAR DONT MAKE ANY COMMENTS AND GET OUT MY STORE". He argued with me until I walked out. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

If I could give a negative 10 I would this store is thee worst they tobacco products are always stale specially blunts or leafs. I told her I wanted to feel the pack before I bought it because they are usually stale she asked me not I stated u can feel how soft they are through the pack I purchased the item went home and it was so dry I couldn’t unravel it brought the item back up here to show her and she said to speak to the boss she said I told u that u didn’t have to buy the item ? well if I live here why would I drive to a further store because you all sell bad and stale products. She told me come back tomorrow on 12/08/2022 to speak to the manager Nam. Just advising others DO NOT BUY ANY BLUNTS OR LEAFS FROM HERE .☝?✌?? had to get them wet and they still crumbled they don’t wanna give u ya money back or a new pack so this is what reviews are for right .

This is by far the worst 7 Eleven I've gone to. Foods are past the expiration date, that includes the ready to eat foods. The owner/Manager has accused me of stealing multiple times and the store is dark and grimy. Nothing ever seems clean in the store and never has.

I was in there today and treated so poorly as soon as I walked into the store he was watching me ....as an African American women I turned the other cheek it happens often because of my race but it was appalling I spoke to this man with nothing but respect asked for napkins and he stated "Not Now " then took it upon him self to continue the task he was involved with not to mention I was the only customer in the store I purchased a slurpee as my personal pick me up he gave me the napkins finally and it wasn't enough so I walked back to get a cup he then states to me you need to pay for that I say well how much is it politely and then he thinks about a price that he's going to charge me for a cup that possibly was free the total pricing that he suggested was $1.69 yes $1.69 for not only an empty cup but as well a paying customer I'm very frustrated with my experience this evening

I had a three hour drive in front of me and I had to be at my kids Lax game by 8 AM! 7-11 on 5th and East in Frederick was open, clean and had hot, fresh coffee on hand! Not to mention 2 bananas for $1. It was a life saver before hitting the road! Thank you 7-11.

I just left this 7/11 which we got to EVERY day. My husband uses this location to put money on his bank card, I go there to get snacks/food for myself and my daughter. They talk to us like family. I just purchased 2 GLASS cokes, they were NOT double bagged and I did not see the two holes in the bag, I picked the bag up off the counter and one of the glass cokes fell through the hole, busted everywhere, glass got into my shoe, cut my toe, I asked him if it was okay if I went and grabbed another coke, he told me no, it was MY fault that I needed to be more careful. Would not give mt RHE managers number, was unapologetic and RUDE. Will NEVER!!!! Spend another dime at this location EVER again!!!! I thought rocky was a nice person, not after this, I am thoroughly disgusted. This was how the bag was after the incident, I didn’t even take a step, as soon as I picked them bag up, they fell through, so please explain to me how that is my fault.
