Someone put that this 7-11 is one of the worst 7-11 in Frederick and I agree 100%. It’s 1:51pm right now and one of their pumps was busted. I wanted a slurpee and none of their machines was working. None! Dried out chicken wings and you can tell when they’re dried to a crisp. Barely any hot dogs and a bunch of dried out taquitos. Prices are high here as well. Owner needs to put in some elbow grease is this location. Just go to Sheetz or royal farms. They building a new royal farms near there as well so there are way more options than this location. Just ridiculous

Very disappointed, very bad management, the owners of this franchise or store are very rude, unfriendly and disrespectful and do not know how to make business.
Never again.

Bad service because we went to buy at Seven Eleven and in a truck and they told us to move them from there because it is obstructing the parking lot when they only had one customer in the entire Seven Eleven parking lot.

7-eleven has $1.49 large coffee promotion for whom use their phone number, but this store hide large coffee cup to force customer to buy other size of coffe. NO LARGE Coffee cup through out the week.

This is a horrible representation of the 7 Eleven brand. They don’t offer any of the popular products the all of the other store offer. It is mainly focused on Hispanic products. Why not change it into a bodega. This is not a 7 eleven and the prices are way higher than the other stores.

This is one of the worst 7 11 in Frederick the staff is rude they do not help when there is a problem I was there last Tuesday I paid for cigarettes and gas it went off my card and the cashier said it was declined but the money was took off my card when I tried too show the cashier he just blushed me off so basically he stole 53 dollars from me please do not shop here they are not helpful
