PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have someone come in and professionally clean this bathroom. An employee can’t even clean this. I’m scared to get anything from here if this is what employees have to use. There was no employees wash hands here sign and honestly I’m glad because I would rather they DIDN’T wash their hands in that sink.

Anyone else notice how when corporate took over customer service has gone way down, and the food is either over or undercooked, and the prices have gone up drastically. They don’t even have a gas station. Do better.

Never has good past 5pm. Pathetic. Imagine working a hard day for airforce/ spaceforce and all you have to look forward to is trash food from 7/11 because you live on fort detrick. Except.... they never have food at dinner. Close this location

Great service and popular pizzas. They did a great job of packing the smoothly drink ready for the delivery driver with even the special straw attached and safe lid for no spill delivery. I get allot of orders with happy delivery customers here.

If I could give it 0 stars as of now i would. I would like to first start off with i have been a customer of this establishment since i moved to Frederick 6 years ago with my husband. The gentlemen in the register called the police on him before he paid, but unfortunately my husband is not fluent in English. My husband then proceeded to pay for all of the things he added to his soup and the gentlemen denied to give him his receipt. He called him a thief after he had already paid for everything. They had a back an forth and my husband proceeded to come home which is a block away to his surprise the cashier had called the police and told them he ran away from the scene where he stole from. I honestly am so disappointed in this establishment. Not only did my husband pay for his supplies which can be seen as i imagine in the surveillance camera, but had the bad day of having to deal with officers knocking at our doorsteps. I will be writing a letter to headquarters a possibly looking at other avenues to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Highly dissapointed because i have seen and told the cashiers when someone left with products without paying not once, but twice and they didn't even bother to look as if they cared. No longer doing business with them.

I must say I am a bit disappointed with this place on my last two visits. Since new management has taken over things don't appear to be the same. On the two ocasiones that I did visit recently, there were no 1/4 pound hotdogs ready. This is lunchtime, there is no excuse. I ended up buying a smaller one to find out they did not have any mustard packets either. When I asked if there were any anymore the male employee stated "nope." I'll be taking my business elsewhere here on out.

While the previous owner is retiring she kept her community close to her, the seven Eleven at amber drive was with us for decades the cleanness in town and the warm and professionalism of the staff was unremarkable hope corporation keep up with this standards. Will miss you all, your community.
