We have been happy with service. If there is a change it is always communicated timely on the portal. I forgot once to put out trash and they were kind enough to come back so I wasn't overflowing. Good, reasonably priced service.

Got missed 1 time i called and they came right back out to pick it up the same day. Very impressed with the customer service and responsiveness. Great value in Carroll County.

I have used ADS for close to 20 years - have never had a problem - use them for yard waste pickup as well and they have always picked up when scheduled.
