“Absolutely phenomenal from the leasing office, application process, move in process and continual maintenance upkeep and overall living experience.
My family of 6 and I are so happy to reside here and appreciate the professionalism, the warm welcome and the clean environment and surroundings.
We love the unit/apartment we live in and we are all very happy! Great place to reside! We love the gym, the park, dog park, Amazon locker is so convenient, grilling/patio area, and trash area!
We dealt with difficulty in the past with previous landlords, specifically with maintenance issues not being my taken care of and we love that this place is urgent with all our needs and everything is functioning continuously!
Also, Ines and Cynthia in the leasing office have been nothing but absolutely welcoming and phenomenal during our entire application/move in process. We very much appreciate these ladies and how professional they are but also so warm and welcoming too. Always there to answer our many questions and help with any needs.

“I came in for a tour and Tabitha was my leasing agent ? She was very accommodating personable, and defiinetly thorough..She took her time answered all my questions and more! She seems to be extremely knowledgeable of the property! Kings Crest was very clean and so quite I thought I was at Church..She showed me several apartments and they both where so nice and clean and move in ready! I had serveral other properties to look at but once I seen Kings Crest I didn't need to look any further...I was 1 and Done! Now wish me LUCK! ???”
“Had a great experience with the leasing office when going through the renting process. Kristina was super helpful with scheduling appointments, giving tours of multiple apartments and answering all our questions. The application process was easy and quick! Everyone at the leasing office (Kristina, Evan and Bella) were very nice and professional with solving issues and answering questions. Maintenance took care of things quickly. Apartments are roomy with lots of storage. Can see myself staying long term!”
“So far, so good - very friendly staff, great amenities, quiet neighbors. The on-boarding process could be smoother, but the apartment was beautifully renovated.
***I've been here a little over a year. Still pretty happy and the staff is still super nice, but the upstairs neighbors walk very hard on their heels which is rough with hardwood floors.”
