“My husband and I were road-tripping from Kansas to my hometown in Frederick, Maryland, and our vehicle was extremely muddy by the time we arrived. We decided to do a basic wash, which honestly seemed sufficient to us. Before we even exited the wash, the manager flagged us down and let us know there were still some muddy spots that hadn’t fully come off.
Without hesitation, he offered to run our car through the wash a second time for free, and even got out a hose to manually spray down the areas that were missed. His kindness, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stood out. It says a lot about his character and the kind of business he runs.
We will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone we know and will be back again on our next visit. Outstanding service!”

If you have an older Mini, Ramsey knows them very well and is able to solve issues efficiently at a price well below what you would find at a dealer. He is also willing to discuss financial vs safety issues when considering what needs to be repaired. Keeping repair costs to necessities is important for my teen driver family, and Ramsey has helped tremendously.
