Awful customer service/attitude from George, i came in to return loner tool. I was the only person in checkout line when i walked into store and i waited patiently while the checkout line started to grow. George called for the next customer which was me and then he proceed to tell me to hold on then ask for the people behind me to to come to the next desk because they “were in the store longer and thats the way its gonna be” direct quote from George, he checked them out which took forever and then came back over to me and said thats how it is to me which an awful attitude. He then didnt even know how to process the return. Thats awful customer service, its not my problem that my needs in this awful store took be directly to the checkout line, it doesnt matter if the people who were still shopping when i arrived and entered the checkout line where in the store before me and longer then me. Then he proceeds to have an attitude with me and all i needed was to return a loner tool a process in which takes under 2-3 minutes i was there for almost 30 minutes

Willard at Frederick store was exceptionally good! He suggested the right part. He came out and helped me with installing wipers in bad weather. Employees like him are company’s assets.

Check online for parts and pricing.. I found things they couldn’t find, but once I showed them they were able to get the part at that price for me.

I was visiting my son from Hawaii this past November. His battery died and no one else around had one that would fit his vehicle. An older gentleman (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) was so kind and patient with us. He told us he had a brother that lived in Hawaii too. He advised us that he only had one battery in the store that would work. It wasn’t the one we wanted so took the time to call several other stores in the area to find the one we wanted. We ended up just buying the one he had in the store and he also installed it for us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us some very good tips.
Amazing customer service and a great , kind hearted man!! Thank you for making our stressful day better!

Went in for a battery check. Daniel was super helpful in explaining I needed a new battery and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Daniel and Autozone for the help today.

Sooooo helpful. The mechanics wanted to sell me a battery AND alternator. They tested my car. I had this store place my battery. A mechanic said it was best to replace the alternator anyway. 2,000 miles later and Auto Zone ran a diagnostic again. No alternator needed. They stayed me $800.00!

My husband and I were 400 miles from home and had a check engine light come in. One of the employees did a diagnostic on it for us. He also googled if we could still drive it. He was super helpful and I wish I could remember his name.
