I returned the car on Aug 9th.That car type is Black Mazda CX-30(TEK-2257). I left my sunglasses in the car. It's my fault for forgetting. The type of sunglasses is Ray-Ban. It was left in the car's ceiling box. If possible, please find out and let me know. I am now a long-term customer of yours.Thanks

The avis side of the location i don't deal with directly. But the staff are respectful courteous and laid back. The maintenance shop portion. The guys there is deal with more often than none. They definitely deserve more recognition than they get. Kudos to budget truck rental of frederick

I use this Avis location regularly and for the most part they’re great, every once in a while you’ll arrive and the car you’ve been assigned has been taken, but the staff is always friendly enough to give you a different car and get you on your way.
