Horrible miserable people that run the store. When they were at the old location they were way more friendly. For a family run business they dont treat their customers well, or value them. Ive spent thousands with their store over the years and i wont be going back after the way they treated myself and my autistic son today.

Would give it a zero if I could. I bought a hover board for my kids main Christmas present. Spent $50. Went to charge it prior to Christmas and it didn’t come with the charger!!!!! Now on the manufacturer website I have to pay $30 for another charger and I don’t know if it will be here in time for Christmas. It clearly says on the box it comes with one.Its not a bargain if it does not come with the charger!

First time visitor today. Immediately upon walking in, they've got milk sitting in a cart, boiling in the window. Then. The mold smell. The 3 year expired medicine. And the kicker......the candy machines hidden in the back part of the store at random. Literally, gumballs sitting in an open container, underneath a shelf as if it was where they filled them from. One had teeth marks on it and it was just put back in with the others.
How in the world has this place passed inspection? I love my a good bargain/bin/pallet/thrift store. This made my husband physically nauseous when he went down the freezer aisle. Bloated packages of meat. The shrimp had a very interesting yellow/gray/pink hue to it. Oh....but they have slot machines for sale....so. Cool, I guess?

I created an account just to post a review for this store.
I visited only twice because I heard it was a fun store with good deals. What I didn’t expect was absolutely horrendous customer service. One staff in particular, I believe his name is Washington, was very unprofessional. I’ve heard constant complaints about his attitude and behavior from friends and family.
It seems that customer service desperately needs to be improved. I will not be returning until it does.
I rate this store 2 stars, only for the good deals.

Completely a mess. Can’t find anything most items opened. Clothing bins a disaster. Most items over priced and expired food everywhere. Don’t bother. Will not return.

some items are great but DO NOT BUY THE AMAZON MYSTERY BOXES they are not from Amazon it’s expired candy and other junk that don’t sell around the store I have no idea how they can get away with selling expired food! if other stores can’t because of health inspectors then they shouldn’t either.

They used to have clothes on racks and hangers but recently they've switched to cardboard box bins that you have to dig through. I know this must be easier to manage, but I don't know a lot of people that are willing to spend hours digging around for clothes regardless of how inexpensive they are.

The staff here is extremely rude. That alone was enough to make the experience uncomfortable. The store was also pretty messy, and while some deals were okay, a lot of stuff seemed overpriced.

Only spent 5 minutes in the store. Needed to go to the bathroom. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS!!!! Such a large store to peruse, but heaven forbid you will have to go to the bathroom. So we left, never to return!

While we got a couple of good toy deals in the store the positive experience was countered by the purchase of stale Carmel corn that made us sick and purchased two 2 Liter cokes that when I got home (30 minutes away) noticed they expired in Sept 24 and were horribly flat. I called the store to resolve but went to vm and left a message but received no response. Don't buy any products that have an expiration date without checking- and if you don't see one assume it expired to save yourself a stomach issue!!
