If you want customer service, good communication, a place you can trust with your money......DO NOT GO HERE!
Horrible customer service, they do not care about their clients. I can communicate with a dog better than they communicate with customers, let alone each other.
I give them credit though......for staying in business this long. Not sure how they can do it with what I experienced.
Do yourself a favor and drive right by this place.

I’ve been with this bank for many years (Suntrust). Today was the first time I haven’t received stellar customer service. First. a guy comes and gives me a deposit slip. Then a girl comes and takes my cash and the slip. I start checking my email and realize I’ve been sitting theirs for a few minutes. I can see the girl who took my money but she’s talking to someone at the counter inside. Not once did she say “it’ll be a short wait” “just a moment” or anything to that effect. Then a guy comes, after about 6-7 minutes of me sitting there and sarcastically says “have a nice day”. Like the old adage says “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I didn’t appreciate having 3 different people exchanging duties for such a small transaction. Next time, don’t take my money unless you’re ready to offer me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank God o so most of my banking online because I would not want to have to interact with that group on a regular basis! ? #TERRIBLE this was definitely NOT the Rosemont location.

I tried to get an auto loan as a member after a car accident . The employee who “helped” me did as little as possible during an extremely stressful situation. I was severely disappointed. Needless to say I got excellent help somewhere else. Not impressed

I went to this branch as now it is the closest to me from the merger. This branch was really nice- I hated the Rosemont branch (it was old and dirty) the tellers here were helpful and quick- glad i can use this bank location from now on!

I'm going through major life changes and this branch has been really helpful. I used to bank at BoA and they made things very difficult for me. I had no debit card due to fraudulent activity right before my life went upside down. BoA cancelled 3 appts they told me I needed to get a temp card. I went to BB&T. The staff at this location has been nothing but helpful and kind in the transition. The mail was moving slow and when I didn't get my debit card there, they told me just to come in for a temp card - no appt needed. It was fast and easy and they cancelled the card taking forever(just in case) and ordered me a new one. I've needed help with records, deposits, and even the occasional "it'll be okay" when I get a little weepy. I work near this location but live far away but I always come to this one.

Awful sat in line drive thru 20 minutes single lane as bank office not open Saturday. They suddenly open 2nd and new customers came in and around us. just an awful company

DO NOT use this bank. I'm a nice guy. Not one of those entitled Karen's running around. So if I have an issue with somewhere trust me, bank anywhere else. Go to wallmart if you have to. 1st. I had withdraw protection. They allowed charges to go through. 2. They charged me late fees for letting charges go through when it was there fault 3.i deposited a check on friday (over 1000$) into my account that was apparently going to be charged to collections. For some reason they allowed me to make a deposit. 4. They closed out my back account and basically stole the rest of my money when I only owed them 200 for their mistakes 5.they said they would send me a check in the mail and didnt know when I would get it. I needed my money on Friday. I needed my money to pay my rent, change my oil and eat. BB&T doesnt give a crap about their customers. 6. It's been a month and BBT has taken an additional 240 dollars from that check and held it just in case. I've had countless issues with this bank before this I will be filing a complaint with the Better business Bureau and posting to my socials as well. Nobody deserves to be treated this way by a company. Nobody has apologized for anything.

This is the WORST bank I have ever been to, they claim to be helpful but they are the exact opposite they give out your personal information to people that are not listed on your account and go out of their way to make you feel less than. I will NEVER again bank with BBT

My wife does her banking at this location and she drags me along with her whenever she goes inside. I would also bank here but I get such a great deal with my credit union that I have been with years that I just assume stay put. Overall everyone is very pleasant to deal with but I would suggest that they do a more cross training of the teller staff. I think on a few occasions over the years the tellers have had to call on others from the office side to help with what I felt were routine matters. They are however very proactive about letting you know what new services they have to offer that might fit your needs and I think the online dashboard is very helpful.

Great services. I was helped by a young asian lady at the first office. I forgot her name, but she looks like a barbie doll, very smart and patient at the same time. We sat for hours with the fraud claims and cleaning my accounts hot mess.
