Inappropriate customer service! Do not allow your daughters to shop there. Especially without you. A employee glutted over my daughter and made inappropriate comments to her. Then asked her not to tell me, while I was in another part of the store. Be careful predictors work there…………….

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! I WAS SEXUALLY HARASSED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHILE TRYING TO SHOP. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT, THEY ALWAYS HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LITERALLY FOLLOW YOU AROUND AND WATCH YOU THE WHOLE TIME. I WILL NEVER BE BACK, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Bad customer service tried to return a product that I didn’t like and didn’t even used just broke seal to see what I look like and he was mean an yelled at me to leave the store no refund no product exchange just mean people never again

Test any electrical device you purchase before leaving the store. Sold me a blunt non-functioning trimmer and claimed because it turns on, it works. I had heard of their dubious service. Oh and make sure to collect and keep the tiny slip of receipt even if youade the purchase within a day.

The old man in the back is super rude. Maybe it's their culture idk but I was prepared to spend a good amount of money in there today and decided to leave instead. I'll give my money to someone else. Also you're only allowed to try on 5 wigs, so if none of those 5 fit right or look good then oh well. You either dont buy one or buy without trying it on. I'm not buying a wig without trying it on first. Seems kinda shady since you can't return wigs for any reason
