The salon is nice and clean, but I was disappointed with the service and the cost. I went in just to have my nails clipped and my hangnails cleaned up—no polish or fake nails—but I was charged $30 because it was considered a “full manicure.” My pedicure was also unsatisfying. The technician ended up tearing the skin on my big toe around my cuticle area when using the hangnail nipper, which was painful. Overall, I don’t feel I received the quality or value I paid for.

Overall this place was great. It was my first time ever getting a service here. I walked in around 7 for a pedicure and they took me immediately. The guy who did my pedicure did a thorough job and my feet look great! My only complaint is this place is expensive.

Horrible Customer service
I stopped by At 6:00 PM after placing an order next-door to go thinking I could look at the dresses in the window because the sign said they were open till 8 o’clock… There was a woman doing nails in the back. Afte persistent knocking, She finally came to the door and I inquired why the door was locked when the hours stated 8 o’clock and the open sign was flashing. She said they had a family emergency so they closed early at which point I encouraged her to turn off the open sign because it was misleading to Potential customers. She close the door, locked it, and did not turn off the open sign… I hope they go out of business because that is not a way to operate. If you close early and have a family emergency at least, put a sign on the door or some such courtesy. Totally rude, and I am not inclined to ever venture into their establishment in the future.

Michelle is great. She’s always very sweet and very patient makes sure she does a good job. She definitely sets a great Atmosphere and high standard for this location!

I do not want to be too harsh with my review as my service was fast, the owner was nice, and I liked my nail design. Overall, it was not a bad experience. However, after only 7 days, I noticed lifting in one of my nails, so that my hair would get stuck underneath. Fast forward to today (12 days post-appointment), and all my nails have lifted near the cuticles. And if you ever had that issue before, you know how ANNOYING this can be! At this point, I just want to get rid of them. Sadly, I paid $75 + tip and would have wanted to enjoy them a little longer. I will not be returning.

Good service going on vacation so I needed to get my nails and pedicure done 👍
The only thing was the prices $80 for nails and pedicure $50 I could afford to give a tip.

I have been going to Belle nails for over 10 years. Michelle does a great job. Listens to what I want and delivers. She and the staff did my wedding party in October 2023 and everyone was pleased.

Walked in and got a pedicure deluxe. Very relaxing, clean and they did a good job. I would go back.

Jessica is always amazing and today she saved the day. At last minute went to another salon n was talked into gel extensions. Not only was the polish lumpy n pooled on corners, but the extensions were not fitting across the width of my nails, the glue seeped out underneath the nail n my real nails and there were spaces between the extension n my real nail because the extension curled up. Jessica gave me T and she saved the day. After 3 soaks we got all the glue and extensions off and then gave me what I wanted in the very beginning. They are beautiful! See Jessica or T! You won’t be sorry. Just make an appt. They are usually booked!

Had drip put on my nails will never go back there. She did a poor job had her redo two nails should of had her redo them all. Polish was lifted after I left so she didn't do it right. She burned my nail bed with the electric nail grinder. I told her about on of the other nails and she said that is you're skin, no that is part of the nail that she didn't put dip on. So not happy at all. It's been two weeks and has been buggy me ever since I had them done. We go to get it removed off my nails soon and never going back there. It is too expensive for them not to do a good job. Take there time.
