Blue Dreams USA Agri-Tourism Farm & Boutique is open on weekends, 12:00 to 3:00pm, from June to last Sat. of Oct by appointment only. We also accept reservations for afternoon tea and other special tea-farm related events normally held at 3:00 to 6:00pm. We have tearooms for 10-50. Our patio has sitting areas for tea tasting. Blue Dreams USA is the first of its kind lavender, roses and tea farm boutique and the first and only tea farm in Frederick County with real tea plants (Camellia Sinensis). We offer organic teas, value-added products from lavender, roses and tea products, plus artisan and nature-inspired fashion accessories exclusively designed by Blue Dreams USA. Email us at

Three of us attended the Sunflower Afternoon Tea and had a wonderful time. Gardens were lovely. So many changes since we were there last- before COVID struck. The views in several directions were just spectacular.

My family and I celebrated my mom's 60th birthday at Blue Dreams USA, and it was the most wonderful experience. The food, tea, lemonade and venue were so wonderful. Imelda is a great host and we can't wait to visit again.
