We have used Mark's services for over 9 years. Beyond routine bug coverage out in a country neighborhood, he has helped us with bees, snakes, mice, voles, and others. He is always friendly and responsive. He does not require expensive contracts and is flexible as we need his help. We would highly recommend Mark.

This guy is horrible. Don't waste your time doesn't stand by his work at all and wants to charge FULL price to come back. Complete scam any other company would stand by there work. Find another company to do the work is my advice.

Does not stand by his work or service and was triple the price of competitors. He did not fix the problem and wanted to charge full price to come back again. Would never recommend him and whole heartedly agree with the woman who stated he is a man that has never seen a corner he didn't try to cut.

Budget Bugs owner came to our house last week and sprayed the interior and exterior of our home. The next morning dead bugs were everywhere. Mark is a professional and caring person that knows how to do the job correctly. I highly recommend this company.

Literally the worst service ever. He basically threw some bait and traps out and walked away $150 richer for 15 minutes of work. I literally could have done that myself. Do not use if you're not there to watch his every movement and make sure he does the job he said he would. Pretty sure this man has never seen a corner he didn't try to cut.

Budget bugs is a great company, he took care of our problem in two visits that we've had years of big name companies coming regularly with long, expensive contracts, with minimal success! Highly recommend!
