I have been waiting for a month for my car to be delivered, they always give me a date and then when the day arrives, they tell me that it is still missing, they have changed the delivery date 3 times, this is rubbish

Terrible. They don’t understand that car models are updated mid cycle and cannot order parts according to the VIN. It’s been over 2 months since my not at fault accident and they still can’t order a plastic mount with the correct product number, which I’ve googled and sent them images of. Also, they don’t do quality work and hide behind “pep boys”, who they outsource their wheel alignments to. Anywhere but here. Forget about their promises and good location.

Some guy swiped us and we had to get work done here through GEICO. We had a great experience with them. Mary was informative in the processes and measures that were being taken to take care of the repairs. She kept me updated and kept me in the loop and we even got the car a day before the projected date. Thank you and keep up the good work! We believe in sharing good work so we'll let our neighbors know.

Contacted Caliber with a need to fix part of the back bumper. I explained my scheduled surgery and being a bit concerned about the drive to their shop. They offered to drive me home after the drop off, fix the bumper and then pick me up to get my car when finished. To my surprise a few hours later while I was waiting for the “finished” message there was a knock at my door. Brought the car directly to me. Awesome. Car perfect and kindness second to none. What amazing treatment and the car was full washed and in perfect condition. An A+. And 5 STARS double. 😁
