“I have had mixed feelings about Caliber. I was rear ended and had a no fault claim against Travelers Insurance. I think the process could have been a little bit smoother with less hassle. But I do believe that Caliber deserves recognition for the work that their technicians do to bring vehicles back from a damaged state. The vehicle looks new and seems to be operating in its precrash condition. I give them 5 stars for their paint work. If you have a vehicle damaged, just be aware that these new vehicles have alot of tech in them and it may take some time to work out the issues. Overall, Caliber will do their best to deliver within the confines of insurance directives.”

“I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for a sunroof leak diagnosis after being told by Tate Jeep and Chrysler that the seals were bad, and that I would need to pay $490 for repairs. Since it should have been under warranty, I need to get a second opinion.
I called that morning, and Melissa told me to bring it by, and they could look at it for me. Once there she was genuinely friendly, professional, and treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. Ryan, the technician, took the time to actually troubleshoot the problem instead of guessing.
They water tested the sunroof drains, found a plastic object blocking the drain tube, removed it, and confirmed the water then drained properly. They also verified the sunroof seals were fine and intact. Best part, they did all of this as a courtesy and did not charge me.
If you need an honest shop that diagnoses the real issue and does not try to sell you unnecessary work, go here.”
“They are literally so professional and good they did such a good job on my car I had a crack and they got the same size as what I needed they cleaned it first and then installed the new windshield they are very good I would definitely recommend them I’m very happy with their service”
