“Truly a great tunnel and set up. I was elated when I moved to Frederick at the beginning of the year to find this gem was less than a mile from me. Unfortunately I later discovered, as I had with two other operators of multi unit car washes in the Baltimore & Annapolis areas, just because you can build a great tunnel and have nice amenities for members (towels, vacuums, compressed air) does not mean you can run a car wash. I have not visited the other express location in Frederick and the main location is temporarily closed according to Google. There are a few things that really need improvement immediately, most importantly managing the spaces after tunnel where you dry car, etc. Often there are no spaces. This is the only wash of this level with no option to have your vehicle dried by them. I don't ever use that service even, even when paying for it, I drive by and do myself. It would free up space or at the very least shorten time average. person takes up a space. To be fair they are in challenging location for that. I am just trying to figure out why they have more problems with spaces than any other large high end car wash. That and getting vehicles thru the entrance and loaded during peak times (maybe get employee to stay outside to help facilitate during these times.). All in all a great car wash and I have seen no other option I would even consider.
And their greatest asset is their manager, Garrett, he is friendly, knowledgable, considerate and patient which I can not give him enough credit for. In general his team is the same. A young man went in the tunnel and found my front license plate for me that had come off (because of a loose screw, not issue with car wash,)
Although this may have sounded negative at first, it is not. More of a hope they may see and look into lack of spaces issue. That is 1 small piece of much larger picture that they are doing a stellar job at day in and day out. Keep up the great work, and whether anything changes or not my membership isn't going anywhere. Thank you all.

“Best car wash I’ve ever gotten for the price. The guys took their time and were meticulous when washing my car, especially the interior. Anything the vacuum didn’t pick up, they picked out by hand. Outside looks fantastic as well. Will be joining the membership after this visit.”

“A wonderful place I use to get beer late at night. No I'm not an alcoholic, but my week tends to end very early on Friday mornings. So as long as I'm there before 2am I'll get myself a 6 pack of Flying Dog. To celebrate the end of the work week. Folk here are friendly, though they are often doing anything and everything they can to stop themselves falling asleep. Apart from that they stock the best beer in the area. (Flying Dog) they have a great selection of snacks to go with. Sometimes better than Giant down the road. Win win!”

“We were driving across the country and the pickup was covered with bug guts and mud from an off-road drive. We have an extra tall cap on the back, so we can't go to most car wash places. We used the touch less wash bay. It was only $10 for the best wash they offered. Most of the bugs and all the mud was cleaned off. I didn't expect all the bugs to be cleaned off anyway without the use of a brush. They had been there for a week. I would definitely go back to this car wash if I lived in the area.”
