On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 I drove to this gas station on West Patrick Street after seeing on Google that they were listed as open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10:35 PM, only to find that the station had already closed. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as I had driven from Ballenger Creek expecting their advertised hours to be accurate.
I’ve provided timestamped photos as proof of the discrepancy. If the employee on duty closed early without authorization, I urge the owner or supervisor of this gas station to address the issue appropriately, whether through corrective action or a review of employment policies. Such behavior not only undermines customer trust but may also be unfair to the business owner.
If the station’s operating hours have officially changed, it would be a simple yet crucial act of good customer service to update this information on Google. Taking a few minutes to ensure accurate details could prevent bad reviews and spare customers the inconvenience of driving out of their way, only to find the station unexpectedly closed.
Overall, I’m highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. If employees are unable or unwilling to work their scheduled hours, this should be communicated directly to their supervisor rather than inconveniencing loyal customers. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent similar incidents in the future.

What ever you do ! Don’t rent out the U-Haul there , they run up the mileage and add other unspecified costs after the fact, not to mention that no one speaks to English there, so unless you speak Pakistani you’re in for a long day, only reason it’s a 1 star is because there isn’t a - 50

29OCT.2024 First time here and the guy at the register was super helpful, chatty, friendly, and very polite.
The price for gas ⛽️ (paying cash)today was$2.95 a gal. The prices for products in here are reasonable and we’ll worth for the products you purchase.
This store has the best incenses and great prices for them. Quit a bit of candies, drinks, and chips. Nice stop in.

Decent price for reg gas. $3.03 without any gimmicks, car wash cash, etc. Just $3.03. A few shady folks hanging around but no issues! I will keep an eye on this location for reasonable prices.

Prices decent, but no free air pump. 1.50 for air. Accepts credit cards, but old gauge that's inaccurate and hidden behind parked uhaul trucks.

Poor customer relations. Payed @ pump had to see the cashier to get my receipt. I asked five times he, then yells what do you want? Dosen't understand english or what i was saying. What's the sense in paying @ the pump if you have to see cashier for receipt & be treated rudely.
