Took the wifey to this store for her birthday and an unlimited clothes buying marathon, she found a lot of great items, the store clerks were terrific, and the designated husband chair was very comfortable, thanks Chicos.

Such a cute boutique with an incredible staff! Jason was majorly helpful with an online order return. Such a lovely staff. I will be back to shop here for myself and Mom in store rather than online.

I live nearby and pop in here frequently. The ladies working here are so nice, and this is one of the few places I can reliably get great customer service (this is actually true of every Chico's I've been in to). I love that at the end of each transaction, they walk around the counter and hand me my bag. Simple gestures like that go a long way when it comes to customer service.

I shopped at Chicos yesterday. The very nice and helpful sales person Shelly showed me lovely clothes. She was great and very terrific with her choice of clothing for me. I bought a few items and really like the choices I made with Shelly's help. She sure is a great asset to the Chico's company. Thanks Lynda Witenstein ?

The Manager Robert was so helpful and found the jacket on line for me and had it shipped to my home. I was a little nervous to make sure it would fit me, so he went the extra mile and got me the jacket in a different color to try on for size! Thanks for always going the extra mile! If you want great service and a clean organized store go shop at the Chicos in Frederick and ask for the manager! Kudos!

I purchased a pair of pants at the Frederick location. The next day I wore it and while looking down I noticed there was a tear on one side. Upon further investigation I noticed another tear on the other side. When I took off the pants and checked further I noted there were small tears in other places. Apparently the item was dry rotted. I returned it because it was 24 hours since I bought this item. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager told me I should've kept my tag because who knows what happened in between the time I bought it yesterday and today. Unacceptable. I purchased almost $400 in items and returned one item which was defective. He should at least apologized and give them proper customer service.
