It reminds me of the locally-owned boutique book store in the movie "You've Got Mail." Great selection of books and lots of book-related activities for all ages. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes great recommendations. If you're in downtown Frederick, make sure to visit Curious Iguana!

My husband and I went and checked out Curious Iguana. It is such a cozy little bookstore. They have so many different genres of books. I really enjoyed their children section of books. I also really liked there recommendation cards for some of their books.

i cannot even begin to say how much i love this little shop! i've been coming here since i was 15. the service is absolutely amazing and they are always more than willing to work with you to find a book in their very wide selection of books. all of the employees are so nice. my personal favorites are shelby and cydney. there are quite a few signed books as well, holding much value. if you're a book lover. come here right away!
