This cvs is amazing! The management there is top notch! He helped me out a lot with passport picture. And was very patient with my daughter while I was trying to get the pictures done! He helped a lot. Thanks for being you!!

The pharmacist out of revenge put a note in my file PRETENDING SHE WAS A DOCTOR saying I was addicted to a non-addictive inhaler..I have had COVID twice and need the medicine to breathe.I am truly shocked.

The head pharmacist who refuses to use her proper name is notorious in Frederick MD. She once through prescription drugs at a co-worker of mine and now she has placed a FALSE DOCTOR"S NOTE in my cvs file saying I'm addicted to a non-addictive but life saving inhaler... she regularly hangs up on people... she needs psychological help! One day this woman, who is clearly a malignant narcissist, is going to kill someone. Mark my words. CVS will become criminally negligent and have to pay a massive lawsuit.

In the past 3-6 months, CVS Pharmacy located at west 7th Street in Frederick, MD has become uncaring and indifferent to the customer's needs. It is changing pharmacists and staff more often than most people change their underwear! The pharmacy staff doesn't give a damn about the patient's questions, needs or concerns. No matter how long the prescriptions have been at the pharmacy (hours and days long), when you show up to pick up your prescriptions that the CVS app indicates is filled and waiting for pick-up, they inform you it won't be ready for another 15 more minutes! Humm? It is obvious that CVS, despite its claims, is only interested in profit, not service. Now I am contacting my doctors to have all my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

Not once has anyone ever answered the phone the million times that I have called. Pharmacist must have some kind of bug up her ass when you are in there.It takes effort to be rude. Smiling uses so many less muscles than frowning.

They are often out of my prescription, including antibiotics that are needed immediately. No heads up, no offer to check with other CVS pharmacies - they just don't fill it.

The pharmacist at this location is so shamefully rude I can only conclude that she despises herself as well as her job. Every time I or my husband have a question or glitch concerning a prescription, she interjects comments into our exchanges with the pharmacy technician that are abrupt at best, nasty at worst. She has managed to make errors with things that are so simple I didn't think errors were possible. She also wears her mask down around her chin, like that's going to protect anyone while she prepares their medications. The pharmacy techs are constantly changing at this store. Maybe the horrid demeanor of the pharmacist keeps driving them away. After my experience today, during which she barked "that's not a line" after telling me to switch lines, I will never return here again. This poor woman needs every kind of training. Maybe they can give her a job at a pharmacy in hell.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. In Frederick we are lucky we have Whitesell's which is around the corner so you can avoid the CVS and Walgreen monopoly. They didn't have my medicine because they hadn't bothered to open the boxes one day, they don't answer their phones and now CVS closes the pharmacy completely from 1:30pm -2:00pm claiming it's for the pharmacist is to take the lunch they are entitled to... ok so here is a wild idea how about we staff appropriately so people can get their lunch AND PATIENTS ALWAYS HAVE CARE!!! I know wild concept. I work at the hospital and could not imagine us all taking lunch at the same time and telling patients sorry you are out of luck. We don't care you can wait. CVS is trash whitesells is down the street well worth switching. They are open more hours and they don't all take lunch and shutdown. They really care about their staff and patients. Again I feel so bad for folks in towns where they have no other choice we are lucky in Frederick.

Been going to this location since i was a kid, never had issues, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable when i needed prescription advice.

Horrible just horrible. I've just spent close to an hour continuously trying to get through to the pharmacy for some instructions and they won't answer their phone. From 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is when I was trying continuously and they just would not answer their phone. Cost me an hours worth of time on TracFone for nothing. They screwed up my prescription and there's no way a disabled person who can't drive can get them to answer my phone and exchange the prescription. Come on people, this place sucks big time

Awful service besides one of the techs who go above and beyond. I wouldn't go to any CVS in Frederick at this point.

Worst service my Dr called script in spoke to pharmacist at 11:00 am. When I arrived scripted was not processed . I was on the phone with my drs office to speak to nurse there who gave the verbal order to fill my script again. Miraculously the pharmacists had it on a pad and found it but never filled it. Than I had to wait again more time because they could not fill my script because " they are busy" it was called in at 11 am . I figured in 5 hours they could have managed to put 10 pills in a container. Avoid this CVS use any other pharmacy. #rude #horriblecustomerservice

I give them a 4 out of 5 because I always believe that there is room for improvement. However, I've been a customer of the CVS store and pharmacy for roughly 9 years. I have to give the staff praise. For as long as I've been a customer, they've been fabulous. Customer Reps are friendly, the pharmacy staff is helpful (despite my years of complicated medical needs). The store is always neat, organized, and well stocked. I'm very pleased with the service I've received there and I hope it continues.
