Cheyenne , cvs Jefferson st, Frederick, Maryland, told me that the GoodRx pricing is an estimate and said I only received $5 off, instead of $15 0ff my prescription. GoodRx had to call cvs and remind them it is an agreement that they have.I then had to go back and get my refund and then be charged again.This would be absolutely unfair to seniors and I wonder how many are taken advantage of.

I just switched my medication refills to this pharmacy. The new prescriptions were sent to them on Monday 10/2. I received a text stating they needed to call my doctor for preauthorization. I asked when should I expect both medications. The reply I received from a very very rude lady was "We haven't had that medication for five weeks and we are waiting for your doctor to reply on the preauthorization. Since then my doctor's office called back at noon on Weds. and said they had not been contacted by that pharmacy and suggested having called to another pharmacy. Things immediately got rolling and I am being taken care of by another pharmacy.If for some reason you feel you need to use this pharmacy for convenience think again!!!! It is not worth it, make the trip somewhere else.BTW it is nasty in there.I just read all the reviews. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!!!!!

We were treated very badly by the pharmacy trying without success to get our Covid vaccines. Held appointments apparently don't matter to them. After a 2 week runaround, we gave up and went to Walgreen.

Love the drive thru when your not feeling well! Due to covid times I also found out it is the last CVS in FredCo to close when issues flare up. Good to keep in mine.

Absolutely frustrating that they take forever ever to bring a pharmacist on line to answer a simple question. I waited 45 minutes just to confirm my vaccine appointment, keep listening to their recorded message how much they care for my call ( marketing gimmick) but no answer. I just had to hang up . Terrible terrible service .

Had to wait a bit for my meds, but they were slammed and made sure to update me as they were moving through the process. Polite and friendly.

i went there around 4:30 am to get some cough syrup since it is the only cvs that is open 24 hrs at my area. When i pulled in the parking lot, there was a man who approached my vehicle and started doing circles around my car. I was so terrified i thought for sure that he was going to break my windows or something. I left immediately without going in to cvs.

The store is great, but the pharmacy.....not so much. It takes too long to fill a prescription. I'm accustomed to waiting an hour before a prescription has been filled. Now I call to ask, because it might take up to several hours. Yesterday, I was put on. Hold for 20 minutes, finally hung up, and was again put on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. This morning, my doctor called in two more prescriptions this morning. One is ready, but there is no record of the other one. HMNNNNNN. The nurse at the drs. office said that she spoke personally an requested BOTH prescriptions so the mistake on on the CVS end. I am making my 4th call. I am on my minute 67 of holds. Am so annoyed. It would be reasonable if this were the first time to have happened. But this has been the case almost every time. I would hate to have to change locations, as this one is on my way home for work, but this is ridiculous. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! OR MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE COMPETENT. NOT MY PROBLEM EITHER WAY. THIS IS A CVS ISSUE AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Customer service, anyone?

Customer service wise - not fantastic but not terrible by any means. My issue is how dirty the store is outside. The parking lot has so much trash that it's a major eye sore. Any time you get out of your car, you're stepping on or kicking litter. The 24 hour convenience is nice, especially with the local grocery stores cutting their hours back. However I don't really like going because the store kind of makes you feel dirty.

(This review is for the pharmacy specifically, not the whole store.) The pharmacists here are always friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient, and respectful of privacy-- whether or not other customers are around. If I go to pick something up in the actual morning, it's ready. They're open after 5 on Sunday. There's never issues with insurance, or other surprises. I mean... that's pretty much everything you want in a pharmacy. Full 5 from me. ?
