Trisha should be fired immediately extremely disrespectful and un welcoming to guests. I’ve never had an experience with customer service like her. Truly Disgraceful my 5 year old cousins have more respect and human decency than her.

I would not advise this location and to be frank my most recent experience will never take me to another CVS Pharmacy. I gave the person my card and she said I didn’t have a prescription plan I tried to tell her that was false and she said she did an over all under my name for all plans. Like what?? I didn’t understand I had the flu I needed my medicine so I was out of $50 because she didn’t want to do her job. I went to Walmart today for another prescription and guess what. I had insurance or prescription plan. This really upset me. I will never return to this place. Please train your associate who worked the drive through 2/6/25. Bad customer service! Because of this myself and family will never come again or to your minute clinic.

No problem with the pharmacy, but my largest problem is the change they made to their phone system that won't let you talk to a person. I have to leave a voicemail where they may or may not call me back. It's obnoxious when I need to get medicine ASAP.

WORST PHARMACY IN FREDERICK !!!!
I usally never leave reviews but the customer service is horrible at this location. I arrived with what should have been plenty of time to pull up to the drive thru and pick up prescriptions. But noooooo I sat for 30 mins in a line where I was only the 4th car .. the car in front of me was served at 5:06pm I pulled up, and the blinds were closed ... u literally just served someone. And their are cameras so I'm sure you could seen there was 1 more car. The inconsideration of employees who are handling people's Medication.
BP meds , psych meds ... to some people, meds are life or death . To be in the medical field and this careless is pathetic. Remind you I was there 30 mins before they closed and the 4th . maybe faster service, more promt or new employees can fix the slow issue to also fix the taking 30 mins to serve 4 cars meds.

CVS drive through takes 45+ minutes. I’ve had to leave the last 2 days in a row because the wait was over 50 minutes. When I go inside the line is even worse. I played phone tag trying to see if my medication was ready.. no answer- today I waited 35 minutes in line just to be told to wait another 15..If you have an hour to give to this, this is the place🙂

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Super slow, staff is not nice, and they never listen. They don’t take notes in the computer either. Bad book keeping and business model. Unfortunately it’s every pharmacy
I take Synthroid. I like the 30 days supply because it’s cheaper for me. Keep in mind insurance does not cover brand name.
When I pick it up, they give me 90. Therefore they have to refill it and I have to come back later. So inconvenient on both sides.

Apparently the entire pharmacy team, which from what I have seen tends to be 8+ people, have to take lunch at the same period of time. Can't alternate. That, on top of not being able to call a number to confirm they are open, and having very narrow hours on weekends makes it difficult to get your meds on the weekend, especially if you work at all.
I need to see who else takes my insurance, because having a pharmacy that I cannot go to on the weekend due to extremely narrow hours caused some problems.

Good evening,
I visited the store this evening to retrieve some personal items and shampoo. Due to my demanding work schedule, which requires me to work from 9 am to 10 pm daily, I have limited opportunities to complete essential shopping tasks. As a result, I found myself in an urgent situation.
After carefully verifying the store's operating hours online, I confirmed that they were scheduled to remain open until 11 pm. However, to my dismay, I arrived at the store before 10:30 pm only to find it unexpectedly already closed.
I am deeply disappointed by this unexpected early closure, particularly considering the establishment's corporate status. I was under the impression that such deviations from the advertised operating hours were not permissible.

The most incompetent staff working at the pharmacy I ever experienced. Misinformation, contacting the wrong prescribers, and an extremely unprofessional attitude are just some of the many issues we’ve experienced with this particular location. There is ALWAYS an issue of some sort when it comes to refilling prescriptions.

Not sure why a game of phone tag seems necessary in order to find out is a medication is in stock. If my insurance didn't require it I would never use CVS Pharmacy again. I use 2 medications that I have to call for each month and it gets very old leaving a message and then praying you are available when they call back. There is NO option to just speak to someone. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Pharmacy has gotten a lot better in terms of staffing and efficiency over the last 8 months or so…I just wish that when they advertise BOGO offers on vitamins, probiotics, etc. that they have at least 2 of those items in stock! Rain checks can be a real hassle when cashier is busy and my store never has more than one!

I would never shop at CVS if I wasn't forced to buy my insurance company. it's not about the people at CVS. they're wonderful. they're competent and they're quick. they're accurate. CVS corporate does not have enough people in this store. I think it's pretty clear that CVS corporate has felt the need to understaff the store to the point where there's no chance the work is going to get done and asking everybody to work like crazy. people won't fix it. but I don't have a choice or I would vote with my money and leave.

The person at this location charged with taking passport photos is rude and does shoddy work. He printed out a photo of my daughter where she wasn’t looking straight on at the camera and had her face turned slightly to the side (only one ear could be seen). He took 3 total photos of her, so when I asked him to select a different one he got short with me and said, “This is for a passport, not for Instagram”. I’m glad I was insistent about getting a better photo though because the passport office told us they would have rejected the first photo this CVS employee was trying to use. The store wasn’t busy at all either, but he was rushing us out of there like there was a line out the door. This employee also rolled his eyes at me several times. Very bad experience overall; if I could give zero stars, I would.
