Possibly the worst pharmacy ever. We chose this pharmacy for its proximity to work. With a couple of exceptions the staff is inept and rude. Misfilled prescriptions, the online platform doesn’t work, calling the wrong doctor, saying things are filled and then not having them in stock and most recently saying things are back ordered for months and accusing me of lying about my prescriptions. Transferred to a different cvs and all is well so it is definitely this one you want to avoid.

Just move to the area came in to grab envelopes and some stamps. By far the best customer service, she helped me get the right envelope. We even conversated then I came back and the manager was beyond amazing as well. I asked if I could borrow a little piece of tape and she was more than helpful. To me sure that my albums were secure. Just overall the atmosphere the customer service was amazing. Both their names are Sarah's. I highly recommend if you live in the area to go to this location. It is amazing

This store manager is always rude and has NO customer care. She wants to argue about being right . This is my 2nd negative experience with her at this store and I will go 3 miles away to the other cvs . Plain just nasty and rude

I wanted to take the time to review this location, but first wanted to thank the manager/supervisor that was so helpful today.Sam has to be one of the kindest souls that I have come across in customer service in a long time. My daughter misplaced her medication and I was getting the run around between insurance, doctors, and pharmacy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she immediately got right on it, followed up with me, and just went above and beyond. I can not express enough how much I appreciated her today and just reminded me that there are still people that truly care. This location is often busy, but I switched from Walgreens after 20 years about a year ago, and I wish I had a lot sooner! The staff in my opinion is always friendly and working hard. Despite having to wait at times I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you have food allergies, do NOT get your rx filled here. Almost every time I have picked up prescriptions in the past six months the pharmacy techs filling prescriptions are eating while filling. I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager who supposedly spoke to the staff to stop this unprofessional practice. Low and behold they are still eating and filling. With so many food allergies, this could be a lethal practice. Moved all my prescriptions somewhere else.

Had a confirmed appointment, waited an hour then told the staff had to go on break and I could reschedule. Pick any other location if you have an option, other reviewers have had similar experiencesThe tech complained how she was overworked and then sat around for 15 minutes doing nothing , seems like this location is strongly struggling to find any good help

I use this pharmacy because it’s the closest to my house but this location absolutely sucks. I’m always waiting for 30+ minutes for my prescription because the pharmacists take an eternity to give out the meds. Doesn’t matter what time of day, the line is consistently 5 people long! Just absurd to wait that long for prescriptions when they should already be READY like the emails and text notifications say!!! What the heck!! Don’t go here it’s not worth it

After making you wait hours, they'll lie and tell you your run of the mill RX medication is out of stock so you'll be forced to transfer to a different location.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacist is rude and will do anything to get out of doing his job. I have the same complaint others have on social media regarding this CVS pharmacy. Walgreens, Weis or Whitesell’s Pharmacies are all better choices!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The pharmacist is rude and that is a major understatement. They have repetitively refused prescriptions for no reason other than they just didn’t want to fill it. They also have run out of medication that I needed and caused me multiple seizures, one requiring hospitalization. They are going to kill somebody with their reckless disregard for the orders of a Dr.

This CVS location is the worst! They always take forever. Prescription is never ready. There are always long lines. Do not send you prescription here unless you want to loose an hour or more of your day.

I have received shots here and have no complaints and was taken on time and treated with respect. I've transferred my prescriptions to this store and so far there has been no problem. It is much nicer than the last drugstore that I was using because it was convenient. Glad that I changed and look forward to continue being a satisfied customer. BTW the customer service has been friendly as they can be considering the volume of orders that they have to put out. I'm not sure what some people are expecting but I am quite satisfied.

The pharmacy at this CVS location is particularly terrible, despite it being open later than most pharmacies. Over the course of two weeks I had a prescription transferred and at first was told they would need to order the medication because it wasn’t in stock. A few days later I get notified that my prescription is ready, turns out it’s for a different medication because a different pharmacist decided to fill the prescription anyway (this should have been my first red flag since it’s clear their pharmacists don’t communicate with each other). I called to get clarification on whether it was ready and indicated that the prescription includes “no substitutions.” I was told that’s fine, no problem, they’ll order the out of stock medication and get back to me. A day later I get notified that my doctor has to send over the original prescription again because the one that was transferred to this location didn’t include the no substitution info (why didn’t the first person I call mention that, aren’t they also looking at the same prescription). A few days later my dr sends the updated prescription and my account shows it’s in process, however my account also shows another prescription for the same medication as “on hold” so I give the pharmacy another call to get clarification. This time they tell me they can’t order the medication because it’s not available from the manufacturer (again, not sure why this wasn’t told to me when first attempting to fill the script, other than it was out of stock at the pharmacy). I ask them if they have any recommendations and they say “no.” Didn’t offer suggestions or what to do in terms of next steps. When I would ask a question about those things they would start answering before I finished talking and neither of us could understand what the other was saying, which led to more frustration when you’re just trying to get a recurring prescription filled. In the end, my dr transferred the prescription to Amazon Pharmacy. The nurse at the office also indicated others have had issues with this specific cvs location and I hope others don’t have to find out how terrible it is through the process I experienced.
