I walked 15 minutes to CVS yesterday evening and got a Hershey bar for $5 (which is already a lot). After that I took my siblings to Food Lion and saw the same chocolate there for $2. I went back to CVS to return it and get my money back and the lady at the front desk told me I couldn't return it without my I.D. I just turned 16 last week and don't have an I.D on me. The lady then got her manager and she told me the same thing. I proceeded to ask if there was any other ways I can get them the information they need like a school I.D or if I could call my mom to come with hers and they both just looked at me and didn't explain anything. The only thing they kept telling me was that I need an I.D for a return. The manager was unprofessional and kept trying to just dismiss me.

If I could give zero stars I would. A patient went to pick up Rx one day after it was called in and was told it was not sent by Dr. This was a lie. When we called to inquire, they admitted the prescription was written down by pharmacist and just never "entered into the system". The pharmacist did not offer an explanation, excuse or apology. Totally unacceptable! We will advise our patients to go elsewhere.

CVS on Rosemont Ave has plenty of parking although the parking lot needs to be resurfaced. The exterior is well lit and clean. The interior was recently updated. Pharmacy drive thru can get crowded at peak times, otherwise, it has one or two cars at most. Pharmacists are always helpful with answering questions in drive thru and inside the store. The store has a little bit of everything. Checkout rarely has a wait of more than a minute or two. It is easy in and easy out. Product pricing is higher than a Walmart but you can't beat the convenience. The same goes for most pharmaceuticals. The lot and store are handicap accessible.

The pharmacy employees are unfriendly and barely assist you. They don't automate a call/text you to let you know your prescription is ready, like my old CVS. I dont want to call in as much as they dont want to answer my calls.

Worst pharmacy we have used in Frederick. Take weeks to fill prescriptions and are not consistent at all. Also do not send notifications when prescriptions are filled. So you have to go constantly to check. Rude staff.

Been a customer here a long time. I tried other chain pharmacies and thought this was the least horrible. However after constantly screwing up my medications including changing scripts to try to get them approved, instead of letting my doc deal with it, and even LYING about prior authorizations, I've decided to use MASTERS PHARMACY instead. CVS is just a bad experience for doctors and patients alike. Also if you compare prices, you'll find its the most expensive.

had an appointment for a covid test that I decided to cancel after the interaction I had with the staff. I thought I'd scheduled a rapid test but turned out to it was pcr and id have to administer the test myself. when I told the staff member I've done never the test myself before, they scoffed and rolled their eyes before giving me the instructions.

My bike was stolen from my porch and put in the back by the trash can. The manager didn’t want to help at all and told me the cameras wouldn’t capture it. But there’s a camera pointed in the direction of where they would have pulled in and dropped the bikes off. The young manager with the beard was acting very shady. Poor staff

I've had all my shots here, covid, booster and flu. Every time the pharmacy technician was so gentle! And very personable. I like the staff at my CVS.

Today Wednesday February 2, 2022. I experience the WORSE. Experience ever from this pharmacy on Rosemount Ave. I recently start using this CVS. For almost 15 years I used to use the CVS . In Del Mercado on Bel Pre Road . Occasionally I used to go to the CVS in Olney. Never once did I had any problems in fifteen years. There Customer Service was Excellent. They cared about there patients 100%. I call this CVS on Friday last. To mail my Prescriptions to me. I was told by one of the Pharmacy Technicians I will receive my prescriptions on Saturday or Sunday. I call the pharmacy on Sunday to make sure my prescription was mailed out. I was told I was given the wrong information. I would receive it on Monday or Tuesday. I never received as of today. Wednesday. I telephone the Pharmacy again. To my shock. It was mailed to my old address in Silver Spring. I cannot imagine how anyone can mail my prescriptions to my Silver Spring address, knowing I called the Frederick CVS. The person I spoke with on Friday never confirm my address. But today she placed the blame on me that I didnt hear her when she confirm with my old address. Its simple. common sense why would I call from Silver Spring to Frederick CVS. to have my Rx mailed. I have been without my prescription since Friday. Six day today no medication. At this pharmacy I can honestly say they honestly do not care about the patients. I am deeply saddened. I'll have to take Uber tomorrow to go get my prescription. What I had to endured today from CVS. On Rosemount Ave. Is deeply sad. Thad me downloading ive App after another. For some reason the CVS app keep locking me out constantly. Very frustrating.

During this challenging time for all, my only hope is that CVS institute a more functional customer service experience in trying to obtain testing information.

EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACY STAFF. One lady in particular at the Rosemont CVS. I feel horrible for individuals who come in pain or worried to feel like they do not matter. Get some training.

Some of the rudest Staff at pharmacy window and even ruder store manager. I have since pulled my entire family's business from not only that specific store but that brand and moved to a much friendlier Walgreens which is further away buy a much better environment.

I usually have zero issues with this location, however yesterday I was rather annoyed with my service. I got shorted 30 days on my prescription and the lady at the counter, instead of helping me get my medication, questioned me on if i was doubling up or if someone was stealing my meds. She said she didn't know either and tried to still make me pay for my missing 30 days worth of medication, even though I already paid for it three months ago. All was fine after another coworker of hers handed her my prescription (because I already handled it via phone call earlier) and she was then happy to give me my meds. I'm pleased that I got my medication, but her questioning my honesty really upset me because they shorted my meds, not me.

This location needs some serious help/training... My wife scheduled her Covid booster at 1015... she wasn't seen until after 1045! On top of that, they told her she could leave as soon as the shot was over... so much for making sure the patients are ok and don't have a negative reaction... please send help/training to this location!!!
