I saw the bad reviews and wanted to even up the score a bit since I've only had positive results here. The Pharmicist frequently handles the drive-thru and is extremely helpful. I tell him all the time it must be tough to be a professional and have to do retail at odd hours with frequent customers being rude and disrespectful. He replies "it is fine, it is what I knew was part of thecprofession, no complaints".
The junior staff that handle the window are always friendly and accommodating.

Bought CVS Covid test kits in Hagerstown for $11.99. Bought 2 more in Frederick today, they were $16.99. Who is doing the price gouging.

Unfortunately, the closest CVS to us is the worst one. They seemed to be closed all the time. The sign and google says they open at 8am... I'm here at 9:15am and its still closed. We need our RX!

I came here to develop 19 disposable cameras from a wedding. Four months went by with no call, email or text saying they were finished.
When I finally stopped in to check the status i found more than half the film was damaged and I was charged for 20+ print envelops with only several inside. I tried to tell them about it and they flat out DID NOT CARE. I spoke with CVS customer service and still no resolution. Horrible film services, $319 out of pocket and only a handful a pictures from the wedding turned out. AVOID THIS STORE!

This store decided to close 10mins early. I am highly disappointed because we don't have many options for pharmacies around being on the mountain and need a last minute run for swimmers ear for our 8yr old son. Now we are scrambling to find another location, when if she had kept her doors open until closing at 10pm as said on Google and their doors, then we had 10 mins to run in and grab the medicine, we saw her locking the door. So I'm a pretty upset mama right now.

I'm tired of every time I call I sit on the phone any wear between 15 & 30 minutes waiting and still no one picks up.CVS all of them is the worst.i will find another pharmacy to go to.this is ridiculous.

Extremely long holds on phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place needs more staff. They struggle to keep up with the sheer volume of work. Just go somewhere else.
