If you ever order parts here. Never leave this place without checking your parts. I bought a seatbelt and didn't check before leaving days later. I was about to install it, and for my surprise, the seatbelt didn't retract or pull. I thought it was because it wasn't connected to power. So I connected and it didn't work . I did everything as the installation instructions said, and nothing. I took it back to the dealer, and guess what they said because I installed the seatbelt is my and they can't replace it . So they blamed that I broke it when, in reality they handled to me broken. They need to check parts before leaving because you trust a dealer to get quality parts and 250$ to get a broken parts that's not good

Service is great. Take pictures before you drop for service. I had a front bumper paint chip and they claimed that its from rock. Disappointed with their response.

Amazing customer service!
I just moved back to the area, and it was my first time bringing my new Camry to get serviced in Maryland.
John Hallman helped me out and he was so kind. I had my 10 month old with me, and she was being extra fussy in her stroller. I didn’t realize where I was supposed to park for service, so I just parked in a regular spot. But John kindly offered to move my car for me, knowing that getting a baby in and out of a car seat isn’t fun!
The oil change was fairly quick, and once it was done, he found me in the waiting area. He saw that I had my baby sleeping in my arms, so he very quietly brought the paperwork to me to sign so I wouldn’t have to get up. And then he told me to stay as long as I needed for my baby to finish napping.
Running errands with an infant isn’t easy, but John made my day! He was so kind and accommodating and truly made the experience great. :)

Hello people, that place is not a good place to get a car. If you are desperate, you better get a brand new car. They lie, and do not purchase the free oil change package. It is not true. If you get a used car but be prepared to start having problems with the car within the first year and they will not help you. The sales team is not honest, they will be nice to you and get you a car quickly but be AWARE. If you read this and still decide to get a car there, all I can say is that I tried to warn you. BE AWARE of DARCARS. Big red glad !!!

Once again dealing with poor service and same recall concerning the fuel pump on my 2019 sienna that was repaired back in 2021 and 2022About to get this car Repo tired of dealing with same issue each year Toyota in both locations Rockville and Frederick, MD have really dissapointed me with this car!!!

This review is more on the side of working there.First off, when going through the hiring process they explain the hours being long, however they leave out you need to work the last day of the month (regardless if it's your day off or not) all day, 9am-9pm. Second, communication between management is none existent. The lack of actual sales floor training is appalling. I went to a 1 and 1/2 week training of how to manage the online system, beyond that I was told my first 8 cars I would be assisted and received no type of help in reality. Third, when turning in my 2 week notice, I was called into the office and told "They were accepting my resignation today". Which it was not for two weeks. And was not provided a termination letter. I was told it's company policy not to give one.This place is for fresh out of school kids and people with no family.

Terrible service from Jim Collins. Didn't show any courtesy or support in addressing my main concern but rather interested in ripping me off with unnecessary recommendations which are priced ridiculously high. This service person didn't care he had kept me here for hours, didn't care I was standing infront of him whilst he made other calls and attended to other things. Seemed very irritated with the honest questions I had. If you're thinking of receiving great service with a fair price, AVOID this place at all costs! Just an awful experience all round.

They're very busy and they act accordingly. It's a smooth process for the most part, but they charge you through the nose, appointments can take forever to get, and if you have any kind of issue, there's the unspoken but very clear sense that you can shove it in a sack and take your business elsewhere. They'd like you to believe that no one can do a better job than they can, but I switched mechanics and haven't looked back. Save your time and your money!

I did not get an apology from anyone at DARCARS via email or in person. In fact, the only conversation at the parts counter was giving my last name and what parts were ordered. Please confirm how you came to this conclusion?
