Moe Makadji was awesome. Very nice and polite. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. He did everything possible to help us and earn our business and sale. He is a great sales person and we would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. Adding to this, our first salesperson in this used car purchase was Terrance Carmichael. Terrance helped my wife and I when we first came to Darcars Toyota looking for a used AWD vehicle. He was Great! Very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle we test drove and answered all our questions so we could understand. We liked the vehicle we test drove but still wanted to shop around before making a decision. We returned to Darcars after looking at several other vehicles. Terrance was with another customer , that's when we met Moe who stepped in to help us. Both of these guys were incredible! So nice, so friendly, so helpful , never pushy in any way. Dealing with both of them was such a pleasant experience. Yes we bought the vehicle, it's very nice and we feel we got a good deal but it was the hard work, the kindness, the knowledge and the friendliness of Terrance and Moe that made this sale. I would definitely buy another vehicle from either one of those guys. They both are a huge asset to Darcars Toyota. Great job to both of you! One last shout out to the detail crew at Darcars Toyota. The cleanliness of this used vehicle was exceptional. We went to multiple dealerships, looked at and test drove multiple vehicles. None were as nice and clean as the one's at Darcars. Great work, it really helped in making this sale!

Gabriel in used car sales is a very nice guy. He does everything within his power to give you a great experience.
On the other hand, the management and
car detail service lack a lot. They could care less about doing their best to repair their used car's body damage post a sale. Beware!

Had my Toyota Tacoma serviced here for 5k mile oil changes and tire rotations during the warranty period. No issue with the work, it was just fine. But I traded my truck in the other day and discovered they don't report service work to CarFax. Good thing I kept my receipts!

The back story is a hoot, but the bottom line is that Ransom was able to get us a Supra MKV, with all of the features we wanted, almost immediately. He kept us in the loop throughout the delivery process, and was almost as excited about the new car as we were! We can't recommend his customer service enough. Had the greatest experience today at this dealership. Had 2 bad experiences earlier in the day with 2 separate dealerships…each time God was telling me nope and so was my wife. She found a car she liked at this dealership so I called and spoke with Moe in used car sales. Moe was one of if not the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He listened to my likes and dislikes and was so professional. He immediately sent me a YouTube quality video of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. We ended up buying a different vehicle from him and I’m so glad I had the experience today. I will refer friends and family to Moe and highly recommend visiting him if you’re looking for a great car. Everyone there was great and I love my new Highlander.

Working with Ransom was great and he’s so kind. I like his honesty and he’s not pushy. He actually wants to help you find the right car for you even if they don’t have the car on the lot. I had to wait for the exact car I wanted and he kept me updated the whole time while I waited. He even checked in a week later to say congratulations and make sure things were great! The Finance department was great too, they were helpful and honest. The guy helping me was funny too so made the long process not seem long. I would recommend people to come to this dealership when looking for a Toyota!
