Racist employees working at this location, I’m German and because of my accent the white male worker had a racist comment about it and didn’t not helped me with my inquiry instead helped another customer who was the same ethnicity as him. I will be escalating this discrimination to Coporate. People of color be aware at this location!!!

This location use to be top shelf now it is ran down shelves half stocked & yesterday eve I went in there it was dirty the floor over by the Gatorade had a bottle on the floor spilled all over the floor. Products spewed on the floor I almost tripped over, and the beverage cases practically empty. There were 3 employees in there not doing anything but laughing & talking. It's so ghetto now. I always would shop there now poorly managed. I went out of my way today to a clean, well stocked dollar general today five stars nicely ran store in libertytown since I was out that way, but I live in Ballenger creek, so I'll be going to the one on 40 clean & well managed.

You are not within the city of Frederick limits. If you want to join the city of Frederick bandwagon and eliminate the usage of ALL bags paper, plastic or otherwise, put that information on your website. A small sign on your door announcing this grand endeavor is a joke. I trust the several items I left at checkout are back on your shelves waiting to inconvenience other shoppers.

This place has become my daily shop. Having no transportation I am able to walk and purchase what I need here. Prices are great and in some cases better than their competitors. Staff is always kind and quick to help. Especially like to think the Manager Jay who was kind to me beyond measure. I would definitely recommend.

I was at Dollar General tonight and after I left from there, I got in my car and went to get the tiny bottle of hand sanitizer that I bought at Dollar General tonight out of the bag, but it wasn't in the bag with the other items. I walked back inside Dollar General and I said to Carole Lewis that I was missing the bottle of hand sanitizer. Carole was the one that rang up the items that I got. Carole hands me a bag that had the hand sanitizer in it and says to me with a smirk, "I would've walked outside and gave you the bag, but I didn't know which vehicle was yours." Carole knew that I only had one bag and she didn't tell me that I was forgetting something before I walked out of the store. What Carole did was wrong and I honestly feel that she did that deliberately. I know her personally and she has no respect for me.

Nobody is ever at the cash-register. I'm always waiting about 10 minutes maybe 15 minutes for them to come to the front.
