Dollar Tree really does have most of everything you need from craft items to basic food items. When you’re not feeling that hassle of Walmart or Target or a grocery store parking lot or their prices.

The manager John or Jeffrey (short white male, middle aged with glasses and dark hair) was extremely rude and nasty to customers. He cursed out and berated all of the customers in line because he was asked to open another register. After reading several other reviews, it seems he has a bad reputation. I will no longer patronize this location.

Today I was in a long line and on had a few minutes to kill before an appointment. I asked the cashier if he could call for back up and he responded that he was the only one there but I responded that there were 2 right up front stocking up and another that just came out of the office and another in the back aisles. So then I asked if he could please call for the manager to assist. Apparently the manager was one of the two that were at the front stocking up, and he responded that he would help when he is done. How unprofessional! And then I asked the cashier what the managers name was and the manager responded his name was “the Manager”, I was appalled for his smart mouth and told the cashier to please right his name down my receipt. He responded that they never do anything. I responded wow, no wonder every time I shop at this location store #3991 there are always new associates working and not one of them were previous there. Eventually, the cashier was able to provide me his name, the mangers name is Jeffrey! I have called the headquarters as well and shared my experience for their awareness. I take pride in my work and treat all customers with respect and go the extra mile. I have worked in retail in my lifetime and have never spoken back to a customer because I value in good customer service and all retail and customer service etiquette is not to ever speak back to a customer like that. If you don’t like you job, please seek elsewhere there are many out there in need and would love to be working taking pride in what they do. And if you are having a bad day, consider take by a mental health day to avoid taking it out on your customers! So to Jeffrey, I hope you read this and did not appreciate your attitude in front of my child and had the nerve to walk by after his last customer without apologizing. What an example! Lastly when Jeffrey finally decided to open up his register, he bluntly shouted “hurry up” to the customers since his lane was opened. Like “WOW”!! On another note, my cashier tried his best to get the line down and was kind and understanding, I appreciate his kind works and hard work manning the latest me lines alone. Thank you Tyrone!

This woman called Rosa Rodriguez treated me badly and she kept threatening to call the police for me for nothing and I also called the police for her because she was rude and she scared my two kids. She knew the policeman because when he entered she and he smiled to each other. I asked him to check the camera and see how badly she treated me and my kids, and we didn’t do anything for her. However, he didn’t insist on her to check the camera as I requested instead he suggested that I send a complaint to Dollar Tree manager.

Literally the most "GHETTO" Dollar Tree in Frederick. Most of the shelves look like this. As I was parking I was thinking to myself this sucks every time I come here I have to park far away and I have a baby with a stroller. When I'm getting up to the curb a lady pulled up and parked in front of the ramp I needed for the stroller, blasting Lil Baby emotionally scarred (I love that song) but she ran around her car and cut in front of me ,opened the door and let it Slam in my face and I had to struggle in both of the doors with the stroller. There was lady in their little holding room area when you walk in the first door and she also watched me struggle getting in the second door but didn't move or offer to help. Then they didn't have what I wanted &the line is always ridiculously long so I put the one thing I had back and left. Never coming back.

Oof, did I make a dumb decision when I decided to stop here. What I thought was going to be a quick stop to pick up a few items that weren't necessarily needed, but wanted, I'd be able to get in and out fairly quick. I was wrong, way wrong. First thing to know, the plaza it sits in is horrible. No one seems to understand traffic flow and just goes wherever they want without consideration of the fellow person. Once you are able to get close to the store, you are then almost force to fight to the death for a parking spot, especially from the people that want to shop at ALDI and park everywhere. Inside it was a bit of a disappointment as well when it came to selection they had on hand. I'm not putting them down in any way as they were working to stock the shelves in between attending to customers, but what they were stocking was nearly fully stocked and other items that were nearly out could have used the attention. Trying to get through the store was a bit difficult as there were items strewed about. And it could have just been me, but the aisles felt a little narrow making it difficult to shop comfortably. When I did finally get the items I needed I made my way to the front to pay. Per usual, one register was open. Here is where I will give them some credit. Even though it appeared to be a rough day for both employees and customers in the store, the staff were enjoying themselves while they worked. One employee was running all around, stocking and assisting customers, and the others would yell his name to either help or grab something. At one point they yelled his name just to mess with him and were laughing, they even tried to get me to get in on the gag.

They scam my cousin for a 25 dólares gift card and the people where rude to us and scam us for 5 more dólares my cousin is 12 year old yes they scam a 12 year old kid and im mad and the man said they where going to not give us the money back and if we did not give them 5 dólares they where going to call the Police and they where so rude im never going there this is ilegal scaming and more a kid
