The information online led me to believe that the car wash is open until 6. I got there at 5:10 and discovered that the self-serve part is open till 6. The full-service closed apparently 10 minutes before I got there, and they were gone.
I took my credit card to the change machine to discover that 1. It was out of service and 2. It only takes bills not credit cards.
I had gone out of my way to get here only to be very disappointed

Went for the car wash, and a inside cleaning, which they did and okay job with, still definitely missed some areas, but as I was going to leave I saw they had THROWN AWAY a few things that must have been laying in the back, including my daughters shoe, a library book and a medium sized stuffed animal. Thankfully I saw it sitting in the trash and was able to retrieve it. Who knows what else was thrown away that I didn't see. Who throws out someone else's shoe??? Would not reccomend.

Wow! Our neighbor recommended this establishment to give our car a thorough clean and we were amazed with the results! Our SUV looked brand new inside and out. We paid $39 and it was well worth it. Go there and try it yourself. It will not disappoint!

Only 2 self wash bays open. Don't use the coin slot on the far left self wash bay. I was almost done. I only had 2 dollar bills left. I put in coins.The machine took them & jammed. Got frustrated. No one around to help. Disappointed. This was always a good place to get a quick rinse when in a hurry.

Went through the center-left self-serve bay. It got the job done for the most part. Has your typical self-serve features. Price isn't too bad. One thing I will note is that the spring attached to the ceiling for the sprayer hose is starting to get stuck, so you really have to pull down on it to get it to go under the ceiling beam that it's next to and all the way around your car. Also the tire cleaner and triple foam conditioner were pretty much out. Other than that it's alright.

Since canceling my AutoSpa membership, I just use the vaccums there, detail the interior then come to Dolphin to handwash...It's nice coming here during the week in the evening when it's not so busy, the weekends get a bit hectic here, hate having to rush when people start lining up behind you or waiting on very very slow people. Otherwise I love this self serve spot! The vaccumes here suck, the time limit goes too fast but other than that, I like the self service bays! Good place to come of you like hand washing your vehicle!
