So happy with my choice of using Dorsey's. My wife's car would not start when she got off work. (New battery, but the starter decided to quit) Dorsey's was quick to respond, and took great care loading and unloading her vehicle. Very friendly driver and office person that took my call and got the ball rolling. The entire time between phone call and getting the car back off the truck at my designated dropoff was unbelievably quick. Highly recommend Dorsey's!

Dorsey’s towing is the best towing experience I’ve ever had. They are professional, they arrive on time and knew how to handle my vehicle. Thank you

The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and helpful, plus they showed up nearly minutes after calling. I would use again and recommend.

My car got towed. Not upset about that because it happens. What I am upset about is Dorsey’s business practices. Woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude right off the bat. I have never been towed before so I had questions & she treated me like I was an idiot. She told me it would be $65 to release my car and I said wow, that’s it? $65? And she said yes. So I wait45 minutes outside in 25 degree weather for them to arrive, and I ask the guy if he can make change for a $100 bill. That’s all the cash I had. He says it’s $265. I told him she said $65 and that I even confirmed it. They refused to let me get my car after waiting that long in freezing temps outside alone in a not very good area of town. The two men who came to release my car were very nice but the woman on the phone was rude. She even yelled at one of the tow truck drivers when he asked her over the radio if she told me $265. My phone was dead at this point, I was FREEZING, standing next to my car and the only reason I told them I would wait was because they told me it was $65! I would have told them sorry I have to get it tomorrow if she had told me the right amount. The refused to budge even on their mistake. The first tow truck driver was young and told me to talk to the other guy because he was the owner. I said, you’re the owner you have the ability to make an exception when there was a miscommunication. He said “I’m not the owner” even though the other guy just told me he was. Regardless, those two gentlemen were very nice. Either way this error on their part should have been corrected. The phone may have cut out but when I confirmed it she could have corrected it right then and there & I wouldn’t have waited for them in the freezing cold to show. Horrible communication & customer service from dispatch who apparently isn’t even located in Frederick (located in Florida). I don’t care if you’ve had a long day and you’re tired, there’s no excuse to be extremely rude to people over the phone and then have them wait all that time in the middle of winter when they clearly didn’t know the price. They won’t take anything other than cash so they had to take me somewhere to get more cash before they would give me my car. Also I parked in a lot with many other cars who were parked there before me & did not get towed. My friend parked in the spot directly next to me an hour before me and we left at the same time and they did not tow her. So apparently they pick and choose who they want to tow. Horrible business practice & no ethics. I’m sure they will respond saying they told me $265 multiple times (this is what she said over the radio) which is 100% not true. She told me a price one time. She needs a lesson in customer service and maybe a better phone line.

My car broke down at night with my wife and daughter inside. I Googled tow truck near me and filtered by distance and started making phone calls. Dorsey,s was the 6th on the list but first willing to give me a tow. Quick, friendly, and affordable service. Was all done including drop off in about an hour. Thank you for getting us out of that jam.

This is one of the worst business against truckers , towed my truck out off a parking lot , less than 5 miles their asking fee $1500 cash only and this scammers gave me two separate receipts for $750 so something seems shady,

I had to be towed out of a mud hole on Hamburg road. The first tow company that came out gave up after trying a bunch of stuff that didn't work. The second one put me off for hours and never showed. The gentlemen from Dorsey's had the car out in minutes. They strategized before they did the work, looked through the car's towing diagram, and thought through all of the constraints (5,000 pound electric car with sensitive battery parts in the undercarriage, winch points were buried, a foot of soft mud, etc. Their service was covered under my Ford's complimentary plan. I am so glad that they did the work, my car got out quiclky without any harm to it where others had failed.

The one time I dealt with the company, I dealt with the owner. He was a nice guy. He was willing to work with the person I was there with so they could get their car out.
