The best DSW in the dmv area. Always amazing customer service and great/organized selection of shoes. Yesterday a young gentleman, Thomas I think, was so incredibly kind and helpful in my search for a new boot. I love this place

This store you can't return the item. They are made like policy can return, but only can give you return by DSW's gift card and you needs to spend your money in that store.

They have great customer service. Places kept pretty organized. Their inventory contains a pretty good selection as well.

DSW is a great place for deals and promotions on certain brands, and the quality of shoes is okay. Online has better options, and they offer free shipping for members.
