Today, I experienced the most professional and kindest person I've met in ages. Britany was a pleasure to work with. She made sure I had the freshest arrangements and went far above and beyond to help me not only pen my message to the recipients, with her beautiful penmanship, but also to ensure everything was easily transportable for me. She did everything she could to accommodate my request and was just so understanding and patient with me, as this was related to honoring my late mother. I wish there were a tipping option, because she deserves formal acknowledgment of her service. I simply cannot thank her enough! I'm definitely going to give this shop more business and would encourage everyone to shop there as well.

Explanations of items are not what's presented. Staff was friendly when order was placed, but not so much when questioned about what's actually delivered. Guess that's business today. Just don't expect much, that was my mistake.

I received a moldy edible arrangement for my birthday. I am guessing it was leftover from Valentine’s Day. I tried to call the business to see if they could remedy the situation but after 3 unreturned voicemails maybe a negative review will yield better results. Gross product and terrible customer service.

So, my mom's favorite thing is the apple truffles. She's allergic to strawberries.I can't order online because of shipping or something. So, I tried calling, eventually after over 10 minutes of being on hold they answered. The person on the phone basically refused to upsale. I had to guess on stuff. I asked for a classic small arrangement, no strawberries. This translated as replace everythign with melons. They have apples and grapes before you gripe at me.And the flowers, they were wilted and looked like funeral arrangements. My mom has stage 4 cancer. Atleast she thought it was funny.But when I've been trying to get ahold of them they ignore their phone. I tried another location they gave me the customers support number--they don't answer either.I live in another state, so they are going to make a 75 year old woman with cancer drive over their to talk to them about this. Classy guys.

I requested delivery before 1:30 pm. She couldn't guarantee it, but they did indeed arrive before 1:30.The product seems like the standard Edible Arrangements array, which is exactly what I ordered.

The Frederick md store is trash the fruit is soggy and the door is closed and locked always I had to call corporate just to get a cone which was brown fruit covered in chocolate and they would not give me a full refund. The girl coughed in her hands and I had to asked her to wash her hands. I called corporate and they sent me back to the store so I’m stuck with some rotten fruit that taste like soap. Don’t go here order from another store. I would rather eat dirt which is a close second than eat this.

Amazing freshness! I sent my fiance an edible arrangement to lift his spirits. The quality and the freshness of the fruit, more than delivered. He loved every single piece of fruit! There were some missing items in the arrangement, but I let them know and I received a call and they fixed it and delivered the missing items the same day! Returning customers x2! Thank You!!

We recently received two different arrangements of attractive and delicious fruit from the Yellow Springs edible arrangements store. The fruit in both was fresh and attractive.My husband was recuperating from surgery and this was a terrific gift – just the kind of thing you want to eat when you’d like a little fight but not too much. (I have to say that I have seen edible arrangements being delivered in another county and the fruit was nowhere near as fresh.)I would also like to applaud the driver who is very careful about the delivery process. It was the same driver for both deliveries – and he wanted to be absolutely sure that the arrangement was going to the right place and would be taken inside! Thank you for such a nice gift!! We will definitely consider your store in the future for special events or for someone in need. I wish I could post a photo but we started to eat them too fast!!

I sometimes call ahead and within minutes get a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They take extra care to make me feel welcome and I always feel glad to have supported their business. Five stars from me!

Fruits were subpar and the representative was disrespectful. The extra bouquet ordered was of low quality and did not look like what was shown on the website, or of similar quality. Overall very dissatisfied with my order of $186.The desserts were tasty however (chocolate brownies, cheesecake, various cookies). For this alone I am raising my review from 1 star to 2 stars.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I am a frequent customer of other stores and had earned a free box of chocolate covered fruit. When I walked into the empty store with its empty display cases, a worker came from the back. She told me it would be about half hour because they had nothing prepared. I agreed to come back to pick up in a half hour. She then called me a couple minutes later to tell me they were much busier than she realized and they would be unable to complete my order for 4 hours! Seriously, it's fruit dipped in chocolate. It takes 4 hours?! I can understand they may have had a bunch of delivery orders to prepare (bc there wasn't a single customer anywhere to be seen) but you need to take care of the customer in front of you. It's not that complicated. I'll certainly never order from this particular store and have serious questions about continuing my business relationship with this company altogether if that's their idea of customer service.

I recently worked here as extra help during Mothers Day weekend and I loved it.The staff were friendly, super busy and worked long hours on their feet preping everyone's orders.Very clean and sanitized kitchen as well as staff.Fresh fruit everyday all day long. Annnnd when they bake their cookies the whole shop smells absolutely amazing!Easy ordering available through their website.The delivery drivers are always on schedule with a smile on their face to make sure customers receive their goodies.These photos are of the freezer in the back room fully stocked with orders from just one time slot in the day.This was emptied and refilled about 4 times a day with orders that week.So if you go into the shop during a holiday please be kind and patient to the staff as they are very busy trying to take care of every customers needs.

1st I called to pick up my order. I was told to track the order but it didn't work so instead I called the line to make an order and someone answered. When I got my order one was as expected but the other order which was supposed to be a cone cup of strawberries but instead I got strawberries in a plastic cup. See both images and tell me is this worthy of a gift to my Grandson for Valentine's Day?
