I had a great experience today. I needed two watch bands replaced and they did it quicky and for a reasonable price. They were very friendly, and they noticed that I needed a battery as well and it was a very good experience. I highly recommend.

The price and cost of a battery for my insignia watch which I bought on Amazon is more expensive to five as they don’t care..:aI was quoted about $60-72 for a battery..,Paid $69 for the watch … I went to another place and they quoted me $42 .. be careful as they are buckle and dining you …good luck

This place was very helpful and honest with me and gave me the best pricing i could ask for when i purchased a tennis bracelet from them. Also were very fast replacing watch battery and adjusting links, highly recommend.

This is a customer service place!My wife was leaving for a trip and wanted to take a specific watch. The watch battery was dead so I looked up reviews and took the watch to the mall.It was 2pm Saturday. I went to the other two jewelry stores. Both said I would have to leave the watch because the jeweler was not in. At one of the stores, I waited some time as the staff bantered with a "tire kicker" for the high-end sale.I wish I remembered the name of the person at Empire who helped me. He was working alone and replaced the battery. He also fixed an inexpensive bracelet that my wife wanted to give our granddaughter for no extra charge. I was done in less then 10 minutes.Save your time, and effort; go to Empire Jewelry and Watch first!

My wife needed to have one of her favorite earrings fixed- it was a difficult issue that the folks at Empire Watch & Jewelry were able to address and repair! Also, they kept their word relative to the price even though it could have warranted an increase due to its complexity! Very pleased with the service!

Would definitely recommend! The customer service is soo nice and the quality of the jewelry is wonderful! Would definitely be back. I got an 18” rope chain that’s way more durable than what I had in the past.
