Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a trusted choice for car rentals in Maryland and around the world. With over 65 years in business and exceptional customer service, they offer convenient booking options online or through their mobile app. Customers can access thousands of airport and Frederick car rental locations, with the ability to rent a car in over 30 countries. However, some recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. Certain customers have reported being overlooked by staff, despite being ahead in line, and facing delays due to technical issues. There have also been instances where the desired vehicle was unavailable. While the majority of customers express satisfaction with the clean and nice cars, as well as the driving service, a few have indicated they may reconsider using Enterprise in the future. Overall, Enterprise Rent-A-Car strives to provide a high standard of care for all customers, backed by their years of experience in the industry. Loyal customers appreciate the quality of service they typically receive, but the company should address the issues raised to ensure all customers, especially frequent renters, are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.
