I rented a boxtruck at this location and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Didn't get names but I couldn't be happier with the entire process. They called to confirm my reservation and that I needed a liftgate and brought one in from another location. Truck was clean and in great condition. The service and professionalism was excellent from booking to retuning the truck. Thanks to everyone for being so awesome to work with. The staff at this location really deserve a raise. The level of customer service here was above and beyond. Thank you!

This location used to be fantastic and one I highly recommended to people. Now it is being managed by someone new and it’s pretty terrible. The agents are lazy and the staff is not friendly. It used to be that they were nice because they wanted to keep your business for future rentals. Now that is no longer the case and it’s very unfortunate. I won’t be renting from here again until they are under new management.

My experience was the most terrible and frustrating possible at Frederick branch in Maryland. First of all, I made a online reservation for a box truck setting the time to pick it up and returning time as the app requires me. When I got in the store, it didn't have the truck for me and it mass my entire schedule since everything was organized by myself. The person working there try to explain me that it happened because it was done on weekend. Then I asked about the availability from another branch. I end up going to Gaitherburg branch. After driving more than 30 minutes to get there, another frustration. The place didn't accept debit card or even cash, only credit card. The website didn't specified anything to me. I am very disappointed and had to drive another one hour to get home with empty hand and left the job that I had to do behind. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I placed one star because this review doesn't allow me to give zero star.

Hannah was amazing to work with today. When we arrived, we overheard her dealing with a rude customer over the phone, which we felt she handled very professionally. When dealing with us, she did not let that previous incident impact our level customer service. We had originally booked a 26' box truck online, not realizing how ENORMOUS it actually was! Hannah made it incredibly easy to change our rental and gave us a cargo van that was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend using this location for your truck rental needs!

Brad Benzing and Coby were great and very nice to work with. We ran into a few issues with our move and they took care of them immediately. The truck was clean and was a smooth ride. The in and out check in was also very quick. I would use them again.

Been dealing with this location for at least 5 years and am always impressed by the staff. The vehicles have been fine too-- we've rented the gamut from cargo van to large box truck.

Tried using this company at this location twice and both were very shaddy false advertising experiences. Whoever runs this location seriously needs to be investigated. I reported my experiences to Enterprise corporate last week and they gave me the old "that should be happening" and "they were in the wrong" and "an executive will contact you soon" garbage, however, nothing was done, no one contacted me and this location is still participating in unethical business practices. First experience was suspicious but gave them benefit of the doubt. I booked a cargo van at a different Enterprise location in Frederick online that had one shown available. On day of picking it up, they informed me they don't carry them at that location and website must have made a mistake letting me book one there. They said (I don't believe them) they wanted to contact me but they didn't have my phone or email contact info even though it was clearly on my reservation and they had my enterprise valued member club (or whatever its called) number and information so its impossible they didn't have my contact information. They called the Urbana Pike location, and they said they had no cargo vans available and couldn't get me one until later that evening. I said that would do me no good as I needed it for the morning based on appointment I made to pick something up with a very set and non changeable time. I informed them I would be filing complaints and magically they all of a sudden had a cargo van available (how nice to provide the person with a cargo van reservation with the cargo van). This issue caused about a 30-minute delay and almost caused me to miss my pickup time. My second experience was about a week later. I tried booking a cargo van directly on the enterprise website and ensured to go through the Urbana Pike location to avoid repeat of previous week. It showed availability for the Friday I wanted it for but it wouldn't let me book it. This is when "mistakes" are no longer mistakes and are just getting into extremely unethical business practices. The guy on the phone told me he had some vans, but they are busy on the weekends so he will only rent them out for 3 day minimums, which does me no good as I really only need it for about 10 hours. I informed him there is no such information like this on the website nor do they advertise making up random 3 day minimum rental windows. Additionally, his excuse was for the weekend, and I wanted it on Friday and even said I would have it back Friday evening and Friday is NOT a weekend. He refused to let me book it for one day, which is false advertising from on the website. I then said I would book it for Thursday evening and bring it back Friday and he then said they had none available for Thursday. After getting off the phone with him I checked the website and it showed availability for Thursday and let me book one for Thursday but instead of finalizing reservation I called Enterprise cooperate to complain. The person taking my complaint said all the right things and promised to have an "executive" from the area call me immediately (A week later, no one has reach out to me). Additionally a week later, nothing has been done as they are still doing this same unethical and fraudulent business practice. If they are going to add made up restrictions on rentals, they need to be advertised. Additionally, if they are going to lie to customers that they don't have availability, at least update your website that shows there is availability and literally was letting me book one for a day that he was refusing to rent me.

They get no stars on my book. Worst of customor relations i have seen in 18 years i have been dealing with Enterprise. They don't take care of their trucks, and you drive off the lost and a plastic cap is lose. They say you had it last therfore you are responsible for it. Very unfair. Best thing to do is go over the truck and take pictures of every angle including bed liner caps. Make sure they are not loose. If they are, refuse the truck and get a different one or else they file a claim against you and you have to fork up a $100

The staff at this location are phenomenal.... I will say I was sad to learn that “unlimited mileage” will no longer be an option, which means I probably will no longer be renting a cargo van anymore.... I will miss seeing the friendly staff at this location. Everything went smoothly with the rental.

Reserved a mini cargo van weeks ago. Was told at the time of resrevation that a mini may not be available and if not, they would give us a larger van, ok...not ideal but at least they set expectations and we would have something (bc that is the poit of reserving). I called them the day before pick up to conirm, thinking that just a courtesy and was told not only did they not have a mini cargo van, but nothng to give us! At risk of sounding like the Seinfeld episode, what the point of taking a reservation if you can't honor the reservation? And why was I only finding out the DAY before I needed this van? Now having to scramble to get something on a holiday weekend. The manager was apologetic, but offered no solution and no type of replacment....very poor business model if you ask me. have more inventory available if you are going to take the reservation and if you can't honor it, you need to give notive several days before...not one day before. Don't recommend them at all.
