Super easy process! Literally the moment I finished setting up my account online, a rep named Alex called to make sure everything was finalized and be sure I wasn’t left with any questions. They even went as far as to pre-open a lock for us (that plastic packaging!!) and leave it in our new unit for us. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices to boot!

So far it’s been a pleasant experience, had an issue with my bank info stolen and Alex was very understanding as my payment was delayed because of it! He showed the human side of a business understanding things happen and willing to work with me! The Unit I rented is clean and great location as well. Thank you Alex!

I was shopping around for a storage facility, I had call several different ones the customer service was not good. The last one I called was Extra Space Storage, I was blessed I received excellent customer service with Alex. Alex was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the unit size I should purchase. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility. Great customer service!

Buyer beware. When I first came here, there was plenty of space in front of my unit. Now they have sold the spaces to campers and such, so it makes a little bit awkward when there's two-way traffic coming through. Then we can get to the price. They're selling a 5x10 unit for $80. I've been there for about 5 years. My units cost me 144. This is the case about the frog and the frying pan. You slowly turn it up. You won't notice and fog will cook himself. They're doing the same thing with the prices. Low price to get you in there and then before you know it you're paying double

I was only expecting to rent the space for a few months, but it turned out to be nearly two years. After my brother passed away, I had a lot of his belongings that I had no room for at home, so I went to Extra Space, which is very close to my home and had very reasonable rates. The people I dealt with were very helpful and easy to work with. If I need their services in the future, I will definitely use them again.

I have never rented a storage unit before and Alex at the woman mill CT location made it so easy. Answered my dozens of questions and gave me a tour of the two I was interested in seeing. The setup process was seemless. I appreciate the great service.

Quick and simple. Easy lift access to get heavy things upstairs. Very very clean, no weird smells. And cheapest prices I saw in frederick. I'm happy, especially how last minute I needed it. ☺️
