The facility is always clean, the staff is are very helpful esp. Jennifer. She has always answered all questions we had about our unit, insurance, different locks, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

This is agreat place for our storage needs. Clean, well lite, temp controlled. The staff Jenn & Bob are wonderful. They have helped us with our storage needs. Very friendly and helpful.

We have had space at Public Storage in Frederick for 7 years. The customer service has always been 5 star. Always clean, easily accessible and great communication.
We moved out last month and would like to thank Jen the manager for making our final experience with Public Storage another 5 star experience.
