absolutely amazing customer treatment.
I was in need of help to send a fax and I though I would just be pointed to a machine and have to figure it out by myself. but no, I just had to say I was unsure and Erik followed me and helped me step by step and solved small issues that I should have predicted with the documents I needed to fax. Absolutely amazing, if needed again I will definitely go back.

My wife and I showed up close to closing time with a lot of heavy, long boxes. Erik was so gracious to not only help us load, but allowed us to stay 30 mins after to resolve a shipping issue we ran into. We ultimately did not get it resolved, but Erik gave us the next steps we need to take, and was very kind through the whole process. Best fedex experience I’ve ever had.

Why would anyone ever go to ups...usps or another fedex store
Conveniently located...this fedex has the friendliest & most professional staff of any fedex store I've gone to.
Ken, the store manager helped me send quickly my package @ the most economical way.
If you need to ship, price elsewhere ..but send from Fedex at this location
Then afterwards..enjoy a sub at Jimmy Johns

Had a shipping label provided on my phone; which they need you to email them the shipping label (which makes no sense). After sending them the label through email takes about 25 minutes for them to get it (even though says sent after couple of seconds on my phone) just a waste of time. They need to provide QR code scanning like UPS and USPS, taking literally 5 seconds in and out of the store.

Surprisingly kind staff. The post office is closed today and I needed help printing usps labels. Super helpful and patient considering everything was on my phone.

This was my first time going into this store. For a couple of dollars--I opted to have an Ikea hike's furniture item delivered to this store...rather than pay a lot for shipping to my house. The staff was super friendly, helpful and really had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely use this location now that I had such a pleasant and easy experience. I would definitely recommend them!
