This is a long one so bear with me. A few weeks ago at a UPS location they made me buy an entire roll of tape just to close a small box. Later, when I tried to use the rest of the tape to package a car fender it would not stick and tore constantly. I gave up and went to the FedEx. There was a complely opposite and positive experience. I was invited to bring the very odd shaped item in. The clerk analyzed it and said she was happy to take care of the packaging for me. It was a great relief after struggling for an hour with UPS's terrible materials. Thank you!

One of the worst experiences in Fedex. Rude and no respect to customers who are willing to pay the price for the shipment. They act entitled and act like they need a Phd degree to treat customers nicely. They can do better!!

After placing what felt like my thousandth print order from my local FedEx, I realized that it's far past time for me to leave a review for the amazing employees at this FedEx location. I never thought I would have a favorite FedEx location, but every single employee at the Patrick St. location is so friendly, kind, and efficient that I actually look forward to the times when I need to get things printed or shipped. I don't own a printer and have to print things pretty regularly for work, so I stop by this location several times a month to print and ship various things and I've never had an experience that was anything less than stellar. I'm always greeted here with a smile and exceptionally quick and helpful service and I can't speak highly enough of every single employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with at the Patrick. St FedEx!

Very worst. Today In the morning, Front desk staff was Unable to hear the issues on the international shipment. They say they dont know who is making a delivery internationally. They said they are not fedex owner/ceo to say what is happening over fedex.
I hope Concerned representatives over this location would see through what is happening here about their employees saying they are not ceo and talking to customers the hard way instead of helping customers who missed an important package delivery spending 100’s of $$.

Will and I did not catch his name tag well but James did an amazing job helping me. As soon as I walked in the store they greeted me and were fast to help me. I had went to staples before and the rude manager had told me she couldn’t print and very simple 1 page b&w. I needed it for that afternoon and they said they couldn’t do it. So I went to this fedex and they got in done in under 5 minutes and we’re super polite and helpful.

If you appreciate and or want professional service avoid this store not helpful at all anything beside a simple print your in for a headache truly avoid this store at all cost others in the area will provide a more professional and friendly service
