ho own rescues have also received donations from her to help spay, vaccinate and pay for medical bills for rescue animals . Please donate to her cause they take just about everything !

Really neat idea for a thrift shop to donate towards animal rescue programs!
I feel great donating my items here knowing the sales will go towards animals in need.
Bonus that there is a cat room in the shop where you can hang out and visit with adoptable cats <3

Update: A year later and this place has gotten even better! It is, without a doubt, the best thrift store in Frederick County and beyond.

Not your avg thrift store. Upon entry notice your $5 for 20 minutes cat comfort room. Proceeds to SPCA. Lots of clothes, mostly ladies. Theres some real deals to score but your gonna have to search alittle harder then you normally might as 50% clothes is dated (antique). Many trinkets and various household items. Everything is priced competitively.

BEST THRIFT SHOP! I am the girl who got the purple earrings for my mom. AND ITS SUCH A GREAT PLACE. The cats are super friendly definitely will come back!! And got some great stuff there! Will comeback!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough about Charissa and her team at Fetch! I first heard about fetch through social media, and decided to take my daughter there one day for a little thrifting and to allow my daughter to spend some time in the kitten room. It is absolutely wonderful that a portion of their proceeds goes to help area rescues. As someone who also volunteers with cat rescue, I can't tell you how much that is needed in our area.
The thrift store itself is such a fun place, as thrift stores usually are. But with the added bonus of being able to donate an extra $5 to spend some time playing with kittens in the kitten room ? And who doesn't love kittens, right?
I have more recently had personal experience with Charissa herself. I maintain a cat colony on our property. I had recently assessed a couple of the cats on The colony and found them to be friendly enough to be placed in homes. One of these cats actually had kittens. We fostered the kittens until 13 weeks of age, along with the mother and another cat. When we reached out to Charissa, she did not hesitate one bit to offer her assistance with vetting the cats and helping to find good adoptable homes. The two adult cats were adopted into amazing homes very quickly. And the kittens were just dropped off to be added to the kitten room today!
She does a fantastic job with screening adopters and making sure the cats get all of their vetting before going into homes. I have seen her interactions with other rescue volunteers in the area and every single time this woman does not hesitate to say " I will help." Whether it's with sick cats or cats that need adoption or whatever. She will literally give her last limb to help.
Fetch is such a gem in this community. I truly hope more people take the opportunity to donate and visit their store. Please give this place your patronage. I can't speak highly enough about all the good that they are doing for the animals of our community.

Came here on a whim and I didn't want to leave! The place is clean, with really great finds if you're patient. It always helps to know that your money is going to a good cause, too ?. If you're in Frederick and love thrifting, definitely stop by :)

Absolutely wonderful experience. They had a large selection of items for sale and had about 7 or 8 cats to see. There is a $5 donation fee to go in and pet the cats for 20 minutes, which is totally worth it.
