I absolutely love this place. I had the pleasure of working with Bingle love love love him he is very kind truthful very relatable easy to talk to. I also spoke with the finance manger with the chevy part I believe that who it was. She was so polite kind honest upfront truthful. I also spoke with another lady I believe who is the manger of finance for the Mazda volks wagon part. Very kind polite honest. Everyone i dealt with was easy to speak with and took the time to hear the cutomer! Would recommend everyone to go there. I will definitely being going here for now on!!!!

Always friendly, very competent staff. 😊I exclusively go to Fitzgerald for all of my car service needs. I also purchased my car there. When it comes time to get a new car, I will choose Fitzgerald because they are the best!

My recent trip to the dealership for repair is always pleasant, but this time I experienced something new... which was a text on my phone while I waited for my car to watch a video of the mechanic narrating the repair and showing me the tools he used. The video is an EXCELLENT idea because it answered my questions and showed my car as it was being worked on. Loved it!!!!!

Anthony (Used Car Salesman) was AMAZING from start to finish. I truly did not feel pressured to buy anything, but ultimately went with them for my 24 Chevy. They had the best deals/rebates. I’ve had previous bad experience at Fitzgerald but was pleasantly surprised with how happy I am with my decision to purchase from here!

Such a smooth experience. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years but Charlie walked me through it every step of the way. From the first phone call to the quick question I had the day after I drove her home, he made sure I was happy with my experience and new car.
The worst part was the wait for the '25s to arrive but he kept me updated. Couldn't be happier!

Kim in the Service Department was very helpful and professional. They actually finished fixing my SUV ahead of schedule and their estimate was exactly what Kim said it would be. I certainly will continue to get my Traverse serviced at Fitzgerald in Frederick Md they did a fantastic job.

Went here looking to fix my one tire pressure sensor, as i wasnt getting reads, and then they break the other three and then try to charge ne 650 for it.
